This is a nice little house. It was perfect for our needs, parking was great, close to stores and dining. My son loved the golf arcade game too! It’s obvious the owners are continuing to work on the property and care about the guest experience. The neighborhood was fine, no complaints.

Very clean place and host response was so quick. When we arrived property was nice and cool coming in from the heat. The only thing we needed was paper towels but that was not a deal breaker. We had a great time.

Super cute cottage feel. Clean, simple and updated. Owners were very responsive to any and all needs. Private backyard and cute covered port h a bonus!

Great Time

Overall a great little place to stay. Communication was perfect. If something was needed, they were quick to take care of it. Parking got a bit confusing and the beds are a bit hard, but other than that, we really enjoyed this house.

Great Clean Home

Enjoyed our stay at this home. Was plenty room for the 4 of us. Would have been nice to have one more bathroom but we made it work! The faucet in the bathroom was loose but my uncle is a handy man so he fixed that. Was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located in a very convenient area as well.

This house is very old and not updated. The listing indicated air condition, there was no a/c in the unit. The lawn needed to be cut, the toliet seat was broken and the wifi for the TV wasn't working properly. It is a not a comfortable or a clean neighborhood.

Thank you for your feedback. However, you never mentioned any issues during your stay besides the toilet, which we immediately fixed, as well as the wifi. Regarding it being an older home, yes, it is, but everything inside has been recently updated, including the furnishings. The yard was also done a few days into your stay. We have lots of guest who love this home and we are so sorry it didn't meet your standards, and thank you again for staying with us! Take care!

It was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood very clean, convenient location great communication with host the only thing was initially it was said check in time was 3pm but it changed to 5pm and that was the only inconvenience for my family since we didnt have a car and flew in at noon.

Not very impressed

The home was ok. Newly remodeled which was nice but we did have some issues. First of all this listing is not a single family home/entire property to yourself as it is described. It is a shared duplex and they had guests staying in the other side too. Those guests took our parking spot. Also inside the home there is only one bathroom off the kitchen (which is fine - we didn’t mind that) but there are no blinds or any kind of privacy over the windows in the kitchen. Thirdly the rug in the living room is a tripping hazard as it did not have any kind of backing to keep it laying flat - my 2 year old tripped a couple times. The neighborhood is also having construction done on the streets so they are torn up quite a bit. Overall our stay was just not what we were hoping for.

Misleading Information

We received misleading information about the address of the property, leading us to suspect possible fraud. It apparently wasn't, but the switching of property addresses is not good. We also didn't receive check-in information in a timely manner. We were travelling from a distance and needed the information earlier.
