Your perfect mountain retreat! This spacious two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condo sleeps seven and is located just steps away from the ski area—your gateway to adventure! On the lower level, the main bedroom is a cozy escape, featuring a queen bed, a twin bed, a private balcony for some fresh mountain air, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is just as inviting, with a queen bed, a full futon, and its own en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Plus, there is a stacked washer/dryer on this level for your convenience.
Upstairs, the kitchen has everything you need to fuel your crew with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze. The dining area seats five for cozy meals together, while the living area is perfect for winding down with a wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Step outside onto either the front or back exterior balconies to take in those stunning mountain views. There is also a half-bath on this level for added convenience.

GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Ski Run #B7 is about .6 Miles from the Ski Lodge (about a 2 minute drive or 12 minute walk)
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
