This 2982 Sq/Ft spacious home features farmhouse decor; This home has everything you and your family need for a memorable vacation!
Spacious kitchen, living space, and 4 bedrooms with its private bathroom.The master bedroom is located downstairs with a comfy king size bed for you to relax from a day falloff activities, or simply after a easy going vacation day. With 55 inches smart Tv, cozy decor and a fully equipped master bath with walk in shower & jacuzzi tub for you to soak in and relax. Also downstairs a half bath for everyone's convenience. Upstairs there will be 4 additional bedrooms. Bedroom#1 with 2 full size beds, 55 inches smart Tv and private full bathroom with tub/shower combo and walk in closet. The bedroom #2 features 2 Queen size beds, 55 inches smart Tv also has its private bath with tub/shower combo. The bedroom #3 /Playroom has a twin bed size with a twin trundle bed for the kiddos to have a blast! In the 4th bedroom enjoy a comfy King size bed, 55 inches smart TV, full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a private balcony to relax while enjoy your daily morning coffee or take the time to recharge during sunset. Next you have a full size well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and nice touches as the water faucet above the oven for your cooking needs and convenience. The dining area has a large picnic style table with 16 sitting to gather family and friends to enjoy a good meal. The living room offers a large sectional couch and 2 accent chairs with a 55 inches smart TV and free wi-fi for everyone to enjoy and relax while share the best moments of the day or plan the day ahead. Finally, head out on to the private patio to enjoy the quiet backyard as you reflect on the memories created over the day or recharge during the well deserved vacation. A BBQ grill and a mini fridge with 4 seat outdoor dining set also add additional opportunities for enjoying scrumptious food and good company!

The house is located 2.5 miles from Foley Outlet Mall, restaurants, and sports bar for you to choose from. Only 5 miles from OWA amusement park that also has many attractions for the whole family. To enjoy the beautiful sunny day you are only 6 miles away from the Gulf Shores Beach, and to famous The Hangout Restaurant "where 59 ends & the fun begins"

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

Pictures are accurate of the home. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Location is great for shopping and activities. 10-15 minutes away from the beach. The Host communicated well and responded to email correspondences timely. Will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Accommodating & spacious

This was a family vacation. The home was spacious and accommodating. Also, the house has everything you need,i.e. beach towels, chairs, umbrella. Plenty of condiments & toiletries. Love the sign that welcome us. Any issues were address and resolve quickly. The only issue was WiFi. We brought our games, i.e. Oculus, Nintendo, etc and unable to keep connection.

Cottage

Overall it was a nice property and centrally located for what we needed. It would have been nice to have more TP, trash bags and paper towels than what was actually provided. It also would have been nice to have dressers or storage in all of the rooms. Some rooms had locked closets and no other storage. We wanted to BBQ but there was no propane and the grill had not been cleaned for quite a while.

Me and my adult son and several other guys go down every year for a fishing trip and we stayed here this year and it is a very nice clean and well appointed

Lots of Space and served it’s Purpose

The host was easy to work with and the space was as advertised. my only critique is that all of the furnishings were very cheap and uncomfortable. The couch upholstery is splitting, there isn’t anywhere comfortable to sit and visit with family.

Great weekend

We stayed in Foley for a volleyball tournament all weekend. We had a great time with three other families on the team. We were able to spend some quality time together on off times. We were able to get a late check out which was a big help as the schedule of the games were late. Thanks for everything. We will definitely be back next year for tournaments.

Good family gathering

Great location for our family gathering for my niece’s wedding. The home was perfect. The parking was a bummer because we had family coming from different locations and only had 4 parking spots. We figured it out though. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great place!

The place was beautiful and in a great area. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is that the showers and towels still had hair in them in a couple of the rooms. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Gulf Coast Family Vacation

We loved everything about this house. So clean and spacious! Short drive to everywhere. We watched fireworks at the pier. Visited the Warf at Orange Beach. Took a trip to Fort Morgan and walked trails at Gulf Shores State Park. Plenty of beach time and shopping from various areas. Highly recommend this house and the location!

Gulf Shores Vacation

This property was perfect for our Gulf Shores Vacation! We had 10 people total staying and there was more than plenty of room for us all. Every room had its own bathroom except for the small children's room/playroom. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was large and had all the needed utensils for cooking meals at home. The large dining area had plenty of room for eating and for games/puzzles. The outdoor shower was very useful for cleaning the sand off and the back yard had a privacy fence surrounding. The house is about 15 minutes away from the Gulf Shores Beach and the Gulf Shores Parkway. And highway 59 is just down the road with lots of shopping and activities. We had a minor issue when the fire alarm started chirping (low battery) and the property manager was able to come and fix it within minutes. The responsiveness and communication with the owners was effortless. I definitely recommend this property!

Very Nice

Great house. Our only issue was the garage. It's a 1 1/2 car garage - as long as the 1 is not long. It is completely out of character for the rest of the spacious house.
