ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! Lovely condo with fantastic ocean views and lots of natural light. Look no more!

This spacious 11th floor studio condo offers superb ocean views from all the windows.

Elegant kitchen with a large granite counter top, spacious living room and a nice balcony for you to relax. Have your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. This lovely condo is perfect for a very enjoyable vacation and a romantic getaway. This oceanfront building has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna and a gym. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. Close to shopping, attractions, golf and restaurants. ( Easy 6 minute walk to Walmart for essentials)

If you’re looking for a great getaway, this is the place!! The view, the beach, the sun, everything was just perfect. And Jeff was by far the best host we could have. Quick to respond at any of our questions. He was really considerate and made shure that our stay was the best it could!! There’s plenty to do within a 15 minutes drive. Broadway at the beach was a really nice place to go. The miniature golfs on king street are amazing and fun to play.Thanks for an amazing week, I recommend this unit 100%!! Looking forward for our next visit!!!

Great experience with the host. One slight little problem was resolved immediately. The room is bigger than what it looks like in the pictures fantastic few of the beach fantastic property totally recommend. Close to anything you would want to do including a Walmart just right down the street.

The condo was exactly as advertised and security was well represented. Elevators at condo were fast and readily available, but garage elevator was slow and had a smelly funk. View was awesome, balcony was very tight

This place and owners deserve an A1 review so I’ll do my best. First will mention that communication is extremely important to us and from the get-go Jeff and Shelley we’re very quick and fantastic to communicate with! Jeff let me know right away that this place might be a little small since my wife and I were traveling with our 16 and 18-year-old girls. I let him know that we like cozy stays, and it turned out perfect with 2 of us on the bed and 2 on the pullout couch. Property is a little dated but clean and this condo is updated and just beautiful. Enjoyed the great kitchen and stocked the refrigerator with our favorite snacks and drinks. View from the 11th floor balcony exceeded expectations and was absolutely beautiful so we’d take in the views and enjoy our coffee each morning. Enjoyed the pools some but spent a lot of out time on the amazing beach, finding shells and even some shark teeth! Thoroughly enjoyed the area, restaurants, miniature, golf, breweries, etc. Had a nice meal out at the Landshark and enjoyed fantastic views from the Ferris wheel. Parking on property was easy with a large ramp and a load/unload temporary parking when you arrive and leave that made it so easy compared to other similar properties we’ve been at. Our flight was canceled 1st day and we were offered an extra day at the tail end of the trip! So generous! Perfect way to spend our 25th anniversary & time with our daughters before sending our oldest off to college. We hope to come back again!!

We enjoyed the stay, pools were nice and clean, room was clean. The only drawbacks were construction on the beach where we lost beach time unless you walked to access area, the bed is high, even with step stool provided I would say a senior will have trouble getting up on the bed. The listing says 4 ppl, in my opinion two is acceptable as there is no room for luggage unless you pack it in your car. The balcony only has room for two ppl not four. The just was great, I called twice with questions and each time he answered. Other than what I mentioned the price of the room was reasonable.

Thank you for the review. We promote this unit, "Beach Romance", as the cozy option for couples, though it does offer the pullout sofa for small children or others. We are glad you found it to your liking. Beach renewal is completed now in this area. The corporation is moving swiftly and working 24/7 to restore plenty of sand and stave off erosion of our beautiful beaches. Meanwhile, the new sand is chock full of fossils and shark teeth deposited with the new fill. Guests are loving it!

You will NOT be disappointed with your stay! Steps from the beach with gorgeous ocean view. Cozy room with a well stocked kitchen if you prefer to not eat out every meal. Ice cold A/C and ample hot water for the two of us. Two pools to enjoy as well as several hot tubs.

We had an absolute amazing time! The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved that there were beach chairs in the room. The property was clean. Pools were always clean and the bar/restaurant staff was wonderful. We can't wait to come back.

We spent a few days here for our summer vacation. The location and access to the beach were great. The unit was very clean and nice. The view is fantastic! Interaction with the owner was easy with quick responses to questions. We would stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Myrtle Beach

Shelley and Jeff were wonderful hosts, and very accommodating, we arrived early and were able to accommodate an early check in after calling them. Location was great, with access the beach right outside the hotel and walking distance from Walmart and many restaurants as well as many fun activities. The amenities were wonderful with a gym and 2 pools. The view from the hotel room was wonderful with a balcony overlooking the ocean.
