Perch on the expansive 1,200 square foot deck shaded by mature oak trees and take in expansive Hill Country views at this four-bedroom cliffside house on the banks of the Pedernales River arm of Lake Travis.
Your single-story rental boasts 2,364 square feet of gorgeous living space with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a hammock. The grand living space features exposed ceiling beams and stylish furnishings. Sprawl out on two sofas and armchairs for relaxing gatherings surrounded by the valley's natural beauty viewable from the floor-to-ceiling windows lining the exterior wall of the home. Enjoy game night in the family room on the complimentary 12â shuffleboard, use the complimentary dry-erase easel for Pictionary, or take advantage of the Starlink internet to play games on your phones together! The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and an island with seating for guests - perfect for chatting with the chef! Gather for a feast paired with Hill Country views at the dining table.
The large, fenced yard is great for kids! Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table on the sprawling deck, or set a charcuterie board on the gazebo bar top overlooking the cliff-side of the river. Savor a drink at sunset under the string lights; it's extremely peaceful and beautiful in Hill Country. Take a refreshing dip in the cool water off the large dock where you can lounge or sit on the water level bench.
Once the sun sets, cozy up around the gas firepit and relax under the country stars. Enjoy new patio furniture under the gazebo surrounded by mosquito netting.
The main suite is a crown jewel with a TV, wraparound views of the valley through floor-to-ceiling windows, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. An equally indulgent second bedroom boasts bluff and valley views.
Savor local flavor at Spicewood Vineyards and Stone House Vineyard tasting rooms - both located close to home. A prime location with over 18 nearby wineries and vineyards in this lush, secluded area just 32 miles from Austin.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
