Windsor Hills is located on 225+ acres of beautiful woodland in southern New Hampshire. The property was previously used as a youth camp, with lots of room to explore and play. We are now offering single-family homes for rent, so if have multiple families, or are planning that family reunion, we can accommodate. Close to skiing, on a beautiful semi-private lake, with miles of trails being reestablished. A golf cart is provided to get around the camp in the Summer and Fall.

The house has a private parking area and is nestled in a private wooded area. Plenty of parking for all your friends and family.

You will have the access to White pond lake. It is a semi-private lake with 150 feet long beach access for the camp guests only.

There are all different sizes of lifejackets, beach chairs, zero gravity chairs, paddles, and etc. in the boathouse. Please put everything you take out back to the original place after each day of use. Really appreciate.

House Rules

Please leave used sheets on the beds so they can be stripped and washed after checkout.

Please try and conserve towel use by reusing towels if possible. Used towels should be left in the bathroom on the floor before checkout to distinguish used towels from unused towels.

Please take all food out of the fridge and freezer and please make sure all garbage is disposed of prior to leaving. There is a dumpster within the camp. Please check the listing pictures. There is a picture showing where the dumpster is.

Dishes used should be placed in the dishwasher and set to wash before leaving.

Cats are not allowed because some people are allergic to them.

Before ordering or having any packages shipped to the residence please check with hosts first.

There is absolutely no smoking inside the house.

Wonderful stay

Our three generation family age 4 to 71 had a great week. The house was wonderful and enough space for all. The beach was so nice. Enjoyed swimming and boating. Would highly recommend as a great family stay.

Great layout and amenities

Nice layout for a vacation home. Primary bedroom on the main floor with one queen and one twin bed. Full bath immediately across the hall. Kitchen, dining, and a TV space all in an open great room on the same floor. Then, down a spiral staircase, there is another TV space, a pool table, and darts, plus two bedrooms (each with bunk beds) and a 3/4 bathroom. I can easily imagine parents staying on the main floor with a bunch of preteens or teens in the basement area. Two or three adult couples could also enjoy the layout, depending on how much the bunk beds concern you. I'm unsure whether the layout would work for parents with tiny kids. It would depend on how you feel about the spiral staircase. Well-equipped kitchen (plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, cups, mugs, utensils, and pots/pans). Thoughtful travel-sized amenities in the bathrooms (soaps, shave kit, toothbrush/paste, etc.) Good lighting in the whole house. Easy to use the whole-house heating system and A/C window units.

A short getaway

The house was very clean and had everything a normal group would need. I was feeding myself and 6 pretty grown men (my husband, 2 sons and 3 of their friends - all over 18) so I packed some larger pots and pans as I knew my cooking portions were going to be rather large. We had lots of fun! Everyone enjoyed the golf cart, fishing, kayaking, playing pool, cooking on the grill, playing games, jogging around the camp and watching movies. We had an issue with our golf cart that was immediately taken care of.
