The main residence of an art-loving couple, the apartment is very bright and decorated with numerous paintings, sculptures, and photographs by established or even famous artists. One of its main highlights is its parquet-floored living room with double east-west exposure, opening onto a spacious rustic kitchen and dining area.

The apartment has three bedrooms. The master bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140 cm), is very quiet and bright thanks to its dual orientation. It opens onto a bathroom with toilet and a small storage area containing a wardrobe, washing machine, and dryer.

A second bathroom is located between the two other bedrooms. One of these rooms, facing south, overlooks a quiet street during the week (a bit livelier on weekends) and has a double bed (120 cm). The other, very quiet, includes a desk, a piano, and a single bed.

Extensive bookshelves offer a wide selection of reading material and art books in French. A baby cot is available upon request.

Located on the second floor without an elevator, this apartment is furnished with great care. It is well insulated, and everything has been designed to create a warm, countryside-like atmosphere that guests often praise.

The stairwell leading to the apartment is currently being renovated. The building is maintained by a very reliable caretaker who takes excellent care of the plants in the tree-filled courtyard, which the residents are very proud of. The neighborhood is friendly and very quiet.

This property is a primary residence and is available only for a few weeks each year. The legal limit is 90 nights (Le Meur Law – November 19, 2024).

Please note that this apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is classified as a “furnished tourist accommodation” (certification obtained in October 2025 by the City of Paris).
