Family apartment with magical view on the old city, balcony, wifi & parking

The tasteful furnishings in our family apartment reflect the love and care we have put into it and clearly distinguish these accommodations from typical vacation rentals that only offer the bare necessities. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to San Domenico, just a 10-minute stroll from the center of town (with the bus in front of the house you can reach the pedestrian zone in three minutes without walking uphill...).
The house is built on a slope: The apartment is actually on the 3rd floor but it is half a floor below the main entrance (about 15 steps down the stairs without elevator).

All of the rooms feature antique furnishings. Both of the generously sized bedrooms have hardwood parquet floors with a fishbone design, while the yellow marble flooring in the living room creates a unique, colorful accent.
The two baths, both with windows, have been completely renovated and feature luxurious amenities. Thank to the brand new water heater (installed 2019 December) the warm water supply is now much better than the years before. Water pressure and temperature are ideal.

The kitchen provides virtually every convenience you could think of, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, oven and of course a gas stove.

The spacious living room offers a magnificent view of the cathedral hill that simply cannot be found anywhere else. On the balcony you'll find a bistro table and two chairs inviting you to enjoy sunset with an aperitiv or a good wine glas.

All balconies offer sun awnings to protect you against heat and sunlight at summer.

Parking is available in the neighborhood. Please consider that we don't have a privat parking slot, so that you cannot book a place for your car.

IMPORTANT: A brand new portable air conditioner "PINGUINO DE LONGHI" is available to cool down the master bedroom or the living room. Both sleeping rooms are equipped with modern fans.
