Right at Base of Boyneland, 5 bedrooms, sleeps 17

Three full bedrooms upstairs and two more downstairs plus a kitchen and den on each level. Great location. Short walk to everything. Remodeled throughout and very comfortable. This property also has a deck with seating and gas grill plus a lower porch area with seating. In addition, we also rent the condo next door in the same building. We have many golf groups, reunions, etc. that rent these two condos together, which then sleeps 35! Book today!

Nearly Slopeside at the Base of Boyne Mountain! Walk out the side door of the condo and between two condos, you are at the base of the Boyneland lift/run and Boyne Mountain ski school! A perfect location, easy walk for the kids and adults.

This Disciples Ridge condo is located directly on the Boyne Mountain property and is perfect for a larger group coming to ski, bike, golf, or gather for a special event! Just a note, we rent many other condos at the Mountain including other Disciples Ridge condo close by.

This condo is loaded with amenities and is large enough to accommodate 1, 2, 3 or more families. A short walk takes you to the base of the beginner Boyneland ski run and, from there, you can access the base of the mountain and all that the resort at Boyne Mountain has to offer. Hop in the car and be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from the Mountain.

My family of 13 (7 adults and 6 kids) had a great time at this home! The 3 levels were great and having an extra kitchen was such a help! 5 min walk to pool which is heated. 7 min walk to Boyne mountain main lodge and restaurants. Loved doing all Boyne mountain offered and also being so close to Boyne city and Lake Charlevoix. Great deck outside. Not a ton of natural light due to being so wooded but that was known. Overall we had a great trip! Nancy and Matt were very quick to respond and helpful!

We had a group of friends for a boating event on Lake Michigan. It fir our group of 10 great. We have stayed 2 years in a row now. The only complaint that we have is that there is not any AC vents in the basement but other then that we love the place.

There were a few items not working - TV in the main living area - sound but no picture. The main floor kitchen faucet sprayed water in all directions - in need of a bit of repair. There were some ants in the main kitchen area. We thought there might be a kettle for making tea - but just coffee makers. Perhaps a few more boxes of tissues would have been nice - but lots of other paper products. Overall,none of these little things really affected our visit. If in the area again - we would come back!

Property suited us great. We had 4 couples in our party and it was perfect. Property was clean. It was nice having a main level and a basement. Had a small issue with WIFI but the host was able to get it resolved quickly. We would defiantly stay again.

A short walk between the neighbors condo and you are skiing in less than a minute. The condo was very clean, plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and just as described. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!

Once you figure out the short cut, you can walk to the side of the mountain and ski down. Very close!

My first time skiing at Boyne Mountain, but it will not be my last!

This property was exactly as described. The location was amazing, literally one condo away from the slopes. I was taking my grandchildren for their first ski trip and the location near playland was perfect! The avalanche bay water park was actually icing on the cake. The three boys all loved skiing and loved the waterpark! The condo unit itself was clean, had all of the necessary basics for a perfect trip. We will be coming back and would definitely stay in the same condo!
