Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that both the outdoor and indoor condition of the property did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the overgrown landscaping near the front entrance, weeds around the exterior, and the difficulty getting to the front door comfortably. The outdoor presentation of the property is an important part of the arrival experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re also sorry the interior floormats were dirty and that the living room furniture felt outdated and uncomfortable. Your comments about needed paint, updated furnishings, and general indoor and outdoor attention are helpful and will be shared with our management team and the property owner for review. We’re glad you recognized that the property has a lot of room and potential, but we regret that the current condition affected the value of your stay. Thank you again for your honest feedback, as it helps us identify where improvements are needed for future guests.

While we do provide a starter supply, we understand that the smaller-sized shampoo bottles and soap may not meet the needs of guests staying for multiple days or with larger groups.
