Ocean Front 2BR/2BA Condo - Midtown Location - first floor - ideal for families

Available for Saturday to Saturday rental during the Summer Season.

Come enjoy your summer family vacation in our humble oceanfront condo which we are making available whenever we aren't using it for our own summer family vacation. This is a first floor unit so there is a view of the sand dunes but not the ocean. Also, this is an older condo and has not been updated.

First floor is ideal for families with younger children and is stocked with numerous beach toys, boogie boards for older children, beach chairs, a heavy duty beach umbrella, and a beach wagon to haul it all!


Guest must provide all linens - Towels and Bed Sheet Sets.
Bed Sizes are 1 King Bed, 2 Full Beds, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa

Guest must provides all soaps, toiletries and paper products.

Bring the children/grandchildren and create precious fun memories together!


A fully stocked kitchen offering many pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker.

There is a dining table for family meals and 3 countertop stools which are ideal for breakfast, lunch and snack time.

Free Basic Cable and High-Speed WiFi Internet Service.
Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

We had a great stay! The location and convenience getting onto the beach was great! They had everything you would ever need for the beach so that you don't have to pack and bring with you, including beach towels. Also the kitchen was very well supplied for all your cooking needs. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to any questions that we had! Our dogs were more than happy to come along and enjoy this vacation and loved it as much as we did!

Absolutely perfect for the 4 of us and PET FRIENDLY! The kitchen was totally stocked with anything we could have needed. We were able to cook a couple meals there. It was so spacious and very clean. We all loved the condo! There was even beach chairs and some boogie boards we were able to use. The owner was so kind every time I contacted her about a question I had. She woild get back to me by the end of the day.

Can't beat this location!

Property is showing its age, but it's clean and has everything you need, yes EVERYTHING! Sheets, bath/kitchen and beach towels are top quality, and the location is ideal. Owner was wonderful to deal with. I would go back.

Stephanie is a great host. She responds quickly. The property is right on the beach steps away. Great for elderly or small children. She has a full size washer and dryer which is fantastic. The glass sliding door is wonderful ans easy ro open unlike other places i have stayed. The outdoor porch area is an excellent place to hang and enjoy the ocean breeze. My only suggestion would be to have a drying rack to hang wet clothes. The parking spot is a little tight but not an issue for us. It is a great location. I would recommend.

Nice Place!

Nice location, very clean, well equipped with everything you need! Host was excellent and communicated well and in timely manner. My only criticism would be the parking space is very tight. A large SUV or pickup probably wouldn’t fit but it accommodated my Nissan Rogue.

Great vacation

Very clean and spacious. Excellent area away from the busy boardwalk and quiet. The place is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay! Great communication with Stephanie and she was so nice. No view of the ocean but we could hear it! Very short walk to the ocean! Only problem was the small assigned parking space but we managed!

Very Pet Friendly

This apartment is right on the beach with a large balcony which makes it great for beach access. It is cheerfully and tastefully decorated and the owner supplied all the linens and beach towels. I brought my two dogs, an elderly relative and a friend and there was more than enough space for all of us. The building is very pet friendly, there were dogs in all of the other apartments. Stephanie was a great host and I would definitely like to come again.

Everything We Needed & More

This condo was just what we needed. Spacious, oceanfront condo with all basic living necessities and more. Supplied everything you’d need for a perfect beach trip like TB chairs, beach wagon, sturdy umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, etc! Well stocked kitchen with all necessary utensils and pots/pans to cook at home. Plenty of linens, beach towels, and cleaning supplies (vacuum/brooms/etc.) to keep the living space clean while you stayed. Stephanie was very respondent and easy to contact. 10/10 recommend.

I am so incredibly happy you had a wonderful vacation there and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. I also appreciate you offering to put down the rug that showed up unexpectedly early!! That was so thoughtful: and kind:) I am very happy to rent to you again next summer or anytime. I probably won't start taking new summer reservations until March or April. I am planning to get a new washer/dryer and also paint the interior before summer to give it a nice fresh summer feel. Beach Dreamy and Fabulous!

Stephanie’s condo was absolutely everything myself and my family needed for our beach trip! The size and space was awesome, the decor gave it the perfect beachy feel. The location was spot on for us and our activities. Literal steps from the beach and everything you would need to walk down to the water and enjoy your day. Fully stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, etc… She has everything you need to jump in your car and go. Fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked with towels, beach towels and blankets. All the linens you need without the extra fee. This saves you so much space in your vehicle for traveling as you don’t have to bring all of your own items from home. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Stephanie is a wonderful host! All of the information she gives is very clear and she is super easy to communicate with and she is very courteous and kind. The bonus is that it is pet friendly so you can take your fur baby too for only a minimal fee. Stephanie, Thank you for everything!

Perfect for our needs!

The owner Stephanie is Great! Very kind and understanding couldn't have asked for a better host. This is a 1st floor condo on the beach; view from the balcony is the sand dune but that mattered little as the beach was steps away and this actually allowed for more privacy. Needs a little updating but we were perfectly happy with what was/is provided.

It was the first of many vacations with our little girl doggy Ania. She really enjoyed the closed in balcony and easy access to the backyard. And of course all of the other fur baby tenants. Our accommodations were clean, quiet and comfortable. We were close to all of our favorite stomping grounds. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we look forward to visiting again.

Great Stay on the Beach!

We were a bit surprised to find that the sheets and towels weren’t washed when we arrived. We contacted Stephanie and she had the cleaning company return the next day. They cleaned up a bit more and finished the laundry. Although it’s not an updated property, we had a great stay! Stephanie has everything you could possibly need for the beach. We loved having the chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc…. The back porch area was also amazing. Although the dune blocks the view of the ocean, you can hear the waves. The short walk to an uncrowded beach was probably our favorite part. We would definitely book again! We had a wonderful first trip to Ocean City!

Right on the beach

Excellent for a family who wants to be right on the beach. First floor, so access is super easy for those with small children or a lot of things to carry who would rather not climb a lot of stairs. Beach access is literally off the porch and over the dune crossing! Well stocked with almost everything you need to enjoy the beach (you have to bring your own suntan lotion and beverages)! We recommend.
