Kozy Bear Kabin, this cozy A-frame retreat offers the perfect blend of mountain charm and modern comfort. With three king bedrooms, a game loft, a private hot tub, and stunning forest views, it's the ideal spot to relax, reconnect, and explore everything the Smokies have to offer—just minutes from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and top attractions like Dollywood and the national park. Keep an eye out—there's a local bear family that often wanders by, adding a touch of true Smoky Mountain magic to your stay!

The Basics
Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
No smoking, house parties, no pets, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors.

Check-in and Check-out Policy
We offer early check-in at 2PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. If you require check-in earlier than 2PM, we recommend booking the previous night to guarantee access. In the event that the property is not ready by 2PM due to unforeseen circumstances, the early check-in fee will be refunded. You must request early check-in at least 24 hours before arrival.

We also offer a late check-out of 11AM for a $50 fee, subject to availability.

Pictures online don’t do this cabin justice. It was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. We definitely plan to stay there again.

This is our second time staying in this cabin. We were very happy with the accommodations again this year. The cabin is very well maintained and has convenient routes to many of the attractions located in the area.

Excellent Stay

Beautiful cabin. Very clean, everything was as described. 3 bed rooms and plenty of space for our 2 teenagers. About a 10-12 minute drive to main area of Gatlinburg. Driveway is a bit daunting at first but gets easier each time. Overall fun stay!

Amazing

Thos was the first time for our future daughter in law to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so we did a lot of the touristy stuff, next time we plan to ONLY stay at the cabin, it is too beautiful to only see at night. My husband and I plan to come back for a couples get away at Christmas time 💞❤️💞

Cozy cabin

Location was awesome! Loved the coziness of the cabin and was just the perfect size for our family. Loved the living room. Very relaxing and nice fireplace. We did see bear twice right outside the back door. Very cool, but wouldn’t recommend hanging out outside. Overall it was great!

Overall the property was perfect for our needs. The only real “critique” would be the driveway. We have stayed in the mountains many many times and more often than not the driveways present some challenges. This driveway was very steep. Due to having my elderly mother we had to pull around up to the top to get her on level ground to enter the cabin. We made it up but barely. Other than that small detail everything else was fine.

We Will Be Back!

Wonderful experience. Amazing communication, awesome property. Looks just like online, no surprises. Very very clean, all the necessities were covered in kitchen except for the food. Dishes, pots, pans, glassware, coffee pot, blender. PLENTY of towels, toiletries, and starters of soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. We watched the sunset on the huge front porch, in rocking chairs. We sat in the hot tub at night, played pool before bed, and played bags during the day on top of a mountain. We had a fabulous stay, very comfortable, and the kids loved it. King beds in each room, plenty of space for everyone. The wall of windows looking out the back of the home into the mountain lines and woods was so peaceful. Location to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg was really accessible, and close to food, grocery, and shops. We will be back, it was a great experience. Truly felt comfortable, and homey.

Nice cabin, terrible beds.

Overall the cabin was nice. Very cute. The beds nearly ruined our trip. They were extremely noisy and uncomfortable in every room. The outdoor space was nice, we did see a bear and believe a bear visited and pushed the hot tub cover off while we were out one day and there was a cat there nearly every day. The drive up and the driveway may require 4 wheel drive, luckily we had that. Do not book if you have any mobility issues as the driveway is steep and there are stairs to get to the cabin. Looks like the driveway should extend to the back where that could be avoided but it was closed off. Definitely could use some more storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bathroom upstairs needs a place for a hand towel and maybe a shelf above the toilet to hold belongings. The only thing that would deter us from booking this property again is the beds, other than that it was fine
