We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Spring Break! With our two girls and in laws it was the perfect amount of space and our kids loved the foosball and arcade game. The house was close enough to all of the activity in Pigeon Forge although it would have been even better if it were just a tad closer! All in all it was a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a cozy place to hang out in between all of the activity!

Quick weekend getaway

My oldest daughter had a volleyball tournament in Sevierville and this cabin was the perfect stay for myself and my three children! After a long trip from Indiana, our Check in was effortless and the activities on site kept them completely entertained during the rainy moments we had! Will most certainly keep this listing in mind for future visits!

Messaged the owner a few days before our stay to get check in info. Wouldn't give me the home passcode until I confirmed number of people and pets. Which we on the road driving 10 hrs to get there. I don't like doing things or getting info. at the last min. so did not appreciate finding out the info. would not be sent until I once again confirmed how many people and no pets. Home had a lot of room pretty wood walls and a big yard. No neighbors only a house across the road. Very hot when we arived 80 only one wall unit. Bedrooms very hot. It took a few days to get it cool enough. The master bedroom that shares the bathroom stayed about 10 degrees hotter. Sign on refr. Says Not to strip beds when leaving.... Makes you wonder if the sheets & bedding are clean. Because what other reason would a place have to say not to strip the beds? So we had to strip all beds, wash and remake them for our safety. Advertisement states Dollywood 10 min. away, GPS it in good traffic it takes 15 mins. On refr it also states to make sure all windows are locked when you leave. We always check when we arrive and 4 windows where not locked and the Kitchen widow was unlocked but would not even lock. The window by the hot tub was unlocked and the screen was up like someone had climbed in that window. The toilets malfunctioned on day one. We got one unclogged the second one we could not. I don't think it is people putting things in the toilet I think it is the toilet paper.

Excellent Property

The cabin was perfect! Plenty of room for 5 adults and pets. The outdoor space was perfect; really enjoyed the swings. Loved the separate space for dogs. Even though cabin is in Sevierville it was an easy drive to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Used Waze maps for traveling and was able to use some of the back roads to avoid the backed-up traffic. Would definitely book again when coming back to the area.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Perfect location, very clean and wheelchair accessible. Main restroom is fairly wheelchair accessible, door doesn’t open fully but if you can walk around it, you’ll be fine but if you need to fully get your chair in, won’t work. Overall it was a great experience.

I wanted a cabin that was not too big and this was perfect. Very clean when we arrived. Check in was smooth, no issues during our stay. It was off the busy, main route, so no sitting in traffic. Definitely will book again!

Good stay overall

The cabin was nice but the yard needed mowed and the outside landscape needed done. The water heater was loud in the middle of the night and woke us up. The lot beside the cabin had workers come in early morning to get equipment but was extremely loud. I would definitely stay in that cabin again though.

Little Cabin Getaway

Cabin was perfect for our group of 8 adults and our pups! Very spacious throughout the cabin with a large backyard. A few things to keep in mind… there are no handicap rails in the bathroom that would have been helpful and also, if you bring pups be sure to bring a flashlight for the pet landing as there was no outdoor lights in that direction. Overall, it was the perfect distance from the busy-ness of the town! We would definitely stay again!

In my opinion 450 a night is double what it’s worth. The mini golf was horrible broken. The pool table and arcade I wouldn’t consider a game room. Very hot and uncomfortable they need 2 air conditioning units for that house. Won’t be staying again or recommending

Great Place to tay

We had a great experience. The dog yard was pretty nasty from the previous owners, but that's not your fault. I cleaned it up, but they had put the dog poop in the trash can in the dog area, and it was disgusting. Everything else was perfect.

Birthday Weekend

Our family planned a weekend together to celebrate our daughter's 22nd birthday. We had hoped for a cabin with a lovely view. The cabin inside was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. However, when we arrived we realized that there was a trailer storage facility beside and behind the cabin. This cannot be seen from the photos. The outside was not as picturesque as we had hoped.

The property was very nice. Easy to get to. I like the outdoor space for our dog. The inside cabin was very nice and very spacious for my husband and I and son. The bathrooms were nice also. It did take a while for the cabin to cool down. In the living room / rec room, and kitchen stayed a little bit warmer than the rest of the rooms but the bedrooms were nice and cool at night. The kitchen had everything you needed. Except for food of course. We would definitely stay there again. Even our dog felt right at home.

Water was unusable, floors were swept clean but not mopped, bottom of socks very dirty after walking around in house. Beds were comfy. Tv not very good, complicated to use, no local channels. Ice maker worthless due to poor quality. Was convient to all attractions
