"We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It has been beautifully redone. The kitchen is well stocked. There is plenty of seating in the living room that overlooks an inlet. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. We had access to the dock and were able to take our kayaks out every day. In addition, we were within walking distance to the Salty Dog and the beach was right across the street. And we were able to take our fur baby!! Sea Pines is one of my most favorite places in HHI. Biking on the beautiful property is so enjoyable. I highly recommend this townhome."

This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath Port Villa townhouse has a fabulous view of Braddock Cove. The light-filled first floor features a newly renovated kitchen which now opens into the spacious living room and dining room. The first floor also has a guest bedroom with twin beds and full bath. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a newly renovated en-suite bathroom and is located on the 2nd level. There is another twin bedroom on the second floor with a full bath.
Unique to the Port Villas, the boat dock is available for your boat, kayak or wave runner. This is a superb location for water sports, tennis or biking enthusiasts. Conveniently located near the South Beach Marina Village, you will find dining, shopping and seasonal live music at the popular Salty Dog. The ocean beach is located across the street.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $100 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
