Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It looks nice, but:--sleeping locations are limited and not very comfortable, except for the king bed. If we don't sleep well, we don't have a nice time.--kitchen equipment is not well stocked. Thank you for getting a real coffee pot.--Many of the window shades are difficult or impossible to use, especially the one to the back deck--General for the resort: The door locks are difficult to use, why don't you get some modern locks?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Truly a great experience at a beautiful cottage with plenty of room for our family of 4. The pool did break during our stay but luckily it was repaired quickly and we was able to utilize other amenties. On site Bikes were a nice benefit. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach, playground and general atmosphere of the resort. Like stepping back in time. Great guests and quiet neighborhood. Only complaint is the very squeaky and uncomfortable bed in our master. With the bed, I'd rate our stay a 3.5/5 due to sleep having a significant effect on your day to day mood and energy levels. Every category would be a 5 if the bed frame and mattress were more suitable. Otherwise, I'd recommend it to anyone. We will certainly return but may choose a different cottage solely because of the bed.

You would have to bring some Keurig cups of your own to have coffee. For the short stay this unit was adequate. Always enjoy Sleepy Hollow in any case.

Loved the beach, pool and grounds. The only thing: we read that there were extra blankets in the unit, but couldn't locate any. This wasn't a big deal, but thought it was worth mentioning. That would not dissuade us from returning!

The laundry was a bonus! I was able to go home with clean clothes instead of having mountains of laundry. We will be returning!
