Welcome to Just Havenly, a beautifully designed, newly constructed vacation home ideally located in one of South Haven's most coveted neighborhoods. Perfectly situated just 2–3 blocks from South Beach, the riverfront, and the charming downtown district, this retreat allows you to park the car and enjoy everything by foot—beach days, dining, shopping, and sunsets are all just a short stroll away.

Home Information
Spanning over 4,500 square feet across three levels, this custom home was thoughtfully crafted to offer space, comfort, and elegant style. The main floor features an inviting living room with a cozy gas fireplace and 50" Smart TV with Xfinity, opening via double doors to a charming screened-in porch—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a professional 6-burner range, expansive island with bar seating, and everything you need for family meals or entertaining. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats eight. Also on the main level, you'll find a queen guest bedroom, a full bathroom, and a private king primary suite with a Smart TV and luxurious ensuite bath. A spacious mudroom/laundry area at the rear entrance is perfect for dropping sandy shoes and organizing beach gear.

The second floor offers two more beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with two full beds—plus two full bathrooms and a bonus lounge/media area with a 50" Smart TV and queen sleeper sofa, ideal for movie nights or extra guests.

Downstairs, the fully finished lower level provides yet another comfortable living room with Smart/Xfinity TV, a game room with air hockey table and wet bar, a fifth full bathroom, and a fifth bedroom featuring a king bed and twin built-in bunk beds—a favorite space for kids and teens alike.

Step outside and enjoy an array of well-designed outdoor living spaces. Sip a drink on the classic front porch and watch the neighborhood buzz by, unwind in the screened lounge, or gather under string lights in the professionally landscaped backyard. The backyard also includes a dining table for six, gas grill, and a built-in gas fire pit—perfect for summer evenings under the stars. Everything about this house was perfect. It was immaculate and exactly, if not better, than advertised. Bedding was comfortable, and very well thought out. There are enough bathrooms to accommodate visitors. The kitchen is very well stocked to entertain guests. Having a great night’s sleep is very important and it provides the quiet and comfort expected. Having accessible beach towels, chairs and wagon was a very pleasant addition. 5 star VRBO

Just Havenly was terrific! It was beautiful, very well equipped, and so clean. All the people in our group (4 retired couples) were thrilled with Just Havenly and its location. Our contacts with Anna (the owner) were always prompt and helpful. We are already talking about returning next year.

This beautifully decorated home lives up to the pictures. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and downtown. Plenty of room for everyone to gather as well have their space. We loved drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings and sitting by the fire pit in the evenings.

Perfect Vacation Rental

My family vacations together every summer and we’ve stayed in many vacation rentals throughout the years. All 8 of us agreed that this house is hands down the most gorgeous and comfortable home we’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect (less than 10 minute walk to South Beach or the shops/restaurants) and the neighborhood is beautiful. As someone who is incredibly attentive to detail, I can say without hesitation that no detail was missed on the interior or exterior of this home. Everything you might need (and more!) is provided with this rental - beach chairs, a wagon, laundry detergent, beach towels, dryer sheets, dish detergent, trash bags, etc. Check in was a breeze and Anna is very responsive and attentive to any questions you might have before or during your stay. Everyone in my family agreed we would rebook this house in a heartbeat - we were sad to leave!

Another amazing week in SoHa. The house was gorgeous, the weather was picture-book perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience. The addition of the lower level made this place next-level and spacious. Our family memories will include this week for decades to come.

Perfect South Haven Getaway

This was our third visit to Anna's home, and we stayed for two weeks in late June. Our three generational family thoroughly enjoyed the spacious kitchen, multiple gathering areas and the gorgeous new lower level. Close to the beach and a quick walk to stores and the farmer's market. You can leave your beach gear at home - Anna has thought of everything: chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, wheeled cart. The kids loved the giant inflatable peacock! The higher price point justifiably reflects that you are staying in someone's private home, not a "beach rental". It's worth every penny.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a group of couples stay for a long weekend in late September and had a WONDERFUL time! The house is in a perfect location for walking to and from the beach or downtown. There's plenty of space, each bedroom has a closeby bathroom and we loved the outdoor space as well. It was a little warm upstairs so I'd recommend looking into that since it wasn't a super warm weekend but, other than that, everything was perfect. Well stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic Spot to make great memories!

House was immaculate with plenty of living spaces. Kitchen was stocked and huge. Two lounge areas, two full eating areas plus a screened in porch and fire pit. The front porch was where we had coffee and said hello to walkers and people heading to and from the beach. Bed rooms were spacious and had plenty of closet and dresser space to unpack and make ourselves at home. We did not get in our car for the week we were there because we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The wagon and beach chairs were an added bonus that made our visit so easy. South Haven is a delightful place with great beaches, plenty of shops and restaurants. Everyone was very friendly. The landscaping of our house was exquisite and there were beautiful yards throughout town. We will definitely try to stay at this property for our next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Just Havenly. While the property shows beautifully in photos, it's even better in person. The layout of the home was perfect for 2 families. Each family took a floor and we had privacy of our own as well as plenty of bathrooms. The shared space was inviting and we spent a lot of time together at the shared spaces indoors as well as the front porch, back porch, and beautifully landscaped backyard. The corner lot let in a lot of sunshine and location was 10/10. It is walkable to everything in SH: beach, playgrounds, splash pad, marina, downtown, etc. etc. The garage was well stocked for a trip to the beach, which was appreciated. The house is very clean and the owner was very responsive when our baby locked us out of a room and we couldn't find the master key. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic stay in SoHa

Our family stays in South haven each summer as part of our family tradition. We have stayed in a few different places but this one was beyond expectations. Every aspect was excellent, from cleanliness, beautiful decor and everything you would need for a memory making week. We will definitely be booking here again next year!

Great week in South Haven!

This property is amazing - and exactly what was listed. It had plenty of space for our group (5 adults and 3 kids) to spread out. The location was great - quick walk to downtown and the beach - and a beautiful yard and porch to relax. We would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay and this home is perfectly located. First of all the house has everything you could need (even an extra floor fan:) It is super clean! The location to the beach (only 4 blocks) and the location to downtown (3 blacks) was perfect for letting teenagers/college students walk everywhere! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great stay

We stayed at this wonderful home for the weekend. We had 12 adults and 4 kids under the age of 4. From the time we booked to our check out- the hosts were available to answer all of our questions. The house is very new and clean which we all appreciated. We all were able to stay very comfortably. Thank you for making our stay so easy and homey!
