Gorgeous sunsets, moonlit bonfires, star gazing and wildlife viewing are daily activities at this peaceful 8.6 total acre property. 2 miles to Bankersmith dance hall, 6 miles from the wineries, Luckenbach, Old Tunnel bat cave state park, and a quick 11 minute drive into downtown Fredericksburg. This is a very special place. The views here are endless and mesmerizing. The sunrise and sunset are our favorite parts of the day. The wildlife is unbelievable too - we constantly have Axis deer, Whitetail deer, fox, armadillos, hawks, owls, bats and other beautiful animals on the property. It's extremely quiet here and we have basically no neighbors as we back up to a 1000+ acre ranch. Nights gathered around the firepit and stargazing are our other favorite things to do. And when you want to go to town, we are only 10-15 minutes from most things. There are also some great local spots right by us - Luckenbach, Bankersmith, Old Tunnel State Park, Alamo Springs Cafe - so you really don't have to go very far. This is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
