It combines the rich and charming air of Italy with Destin’s relaxed beach vibes for a truly wonderful vacation experience. With sunny accommodations, richly decorated bedrooms, coastal outdoor space, and lovely amenities, it is perfect for your next getaway. The multi level, end-unit condo has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

As you step inside the open great room of Tivoli Terrace 5442, you are transported to a place of relaxation and natural sunlight. Eleven-foot ceilings, Travertine marble floors, and large windows emphasize the room’s spaciousness, and give it a welcoming feel. The living room features a plush wraparound couch, two striped armchairs, and two accent seats. The setup encircles a neutral rug and tufted ottoman. A large flatscreen TV sits atop a sandy-colored credenza. In the dining area, a bold red-topped dining table with eight chairs sits beneath a luxe chandelier. The tile floors continue into the kitchen area, which includes a granite breakfast bar and stool seating. The kitchen also has beautiful wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and extensive counter space.

The first-floor primary suite boasts a king-size bed and handsome wood furniture. Glass doors lead to a screened-in patio with a table and chairs. A door from the patio accesses an outdoor porch, where visitors can enjoy the perfect coastal weather, lush views, and a tasty drink. The primary bedroom also has its own ensuite bath with a tiled, glass-walled, walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are located on the second level. Each has a king-size bed, twin bunk, high ceilings, flatscreen TVs, and private baths. One of these guest bedrooms includes a set of glass doors that opens into a brightly lit sunroom with vibrant furnishings.

As guests at Tivoli Terrace, you will have access to all neighborhood amenities. These include a community pool and access to the beach tram that will take you directly to the beach. The sugary shores are also less than a ten-minute walk, if you’d rather take a lovely stroll and breathe in the coastal air on your way to the beach. Aside from these amenities, guests at Tivoli Terrace are able to easily participate in and experience all the coastal fun at Sandestin Resort and the surrounding area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops all within close proximity, as well as popular entertainment hubs. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a family-friendly destination with live music, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and seasonal festivals. Grand Boulevard is an upscale shopping and dining destination. And Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a great spot for discount shopping.
