The space
Private unit - studio with ensuite private bathroom. There's a private entry door (with keypad entrance) ensuring that the space is all yours. Room dimension are 9.5' x 14'. There is a small closet. The ensuite bathroom has a standing shower, sink and toilet. Note again, there are no common areas with the main house.

New comfortable queen bed, Netflix, study desk, mini-fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee-maker, water, and dishes.

Parking: If you have a car, there is usually plenty of street parking available during the day near our place (there are no permits, street cleaning, etc. to worry about). At nights, though, it can be difficult to find parking in front of the studio, so plan accordingly.

No washer and dryer available. Nearest laundromat is just a couple of blocks away.

Guests won't be able to control heating/AC temperatures. If you need adjustment during your stay, you can message us.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

-Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Quiet Hours: We live in a very quiet neighborhood with very respectful neighbors. We maintain a strict quiet hours rule from 10pm – 7am, Sunday through Thursday and 11pm – 8am on Fridays and Saturdays. No parties or events allowed under any circumstances.

-Amenity limitations — Guests won't be able to control heating/AC temperatures. If you they need adjustment during their stay, they can message us.
-No parking on property — Usually plenty of daytime parking available (no permits etc. required); plan ahead for evening parking, as it's occasionally difficult.
-Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
