As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather your loved ones around the dining table and enjoy quality time together.
Unwind in the cozy living room, curl up with a good book, or challenge your friends to a game night. When it's time to relax, head outside and take a dip in the private pool. Enjoy the fresh air and stunning views as you sip your morning coffee or savor an evening cocktail.
Just a short drive away, you'll find the Grapevine Mills Mall, the University of North Texas, and the Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area, offering endless opportunities for shopping, exploring, and immersing yourself in the local culture. With free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and a smart TV, you'll have all the comforts of home during your stay. Important notes:
1) Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .
2) Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee 30 minutes.
3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.
If you are unsure if your reservation abides by these restrictions please consult before booking.

The neighborhood was excellent and quiet. Close to some great food and shopping. Didn’t feel like you were stuck in the middle of a big city, but still had the amenities of one. I would definitely stay again. The host gave all the information needed for check in and the checkout process was super easy.

Perfect location , pool was amazing and kids loved it! House was huge with so much space for the 9 of us to spread out . Kitchen had everything , bathrooms were well stocked as well. The house was just gorgeous! Our flights fell through since we were flying spirit so we decided to drive the 14 hours from Illinois and we got in early and Nancy let us check in early which was so nice for us to get dressed and drop everything off . We will definitely be back . My family travels a lot and we use Vrbo every time and this was by far the best house we’ve ever stayed at! Thank you Nancy! We will be back!

The stay at this house was great and is a nice neighborhood. Lots of room to hang out with family. My only comment is I think the mattresses should be changed out for better quality ones. Outside of the mattresses, this is an excellent stay choice.

Property is lovely and as described. Met with family to distribute heirlooms and swap family stories. Plenty of room for everyone. Host was very quick to respond to any issues. Great location.

The house is very nice and clean. Worked well for what we needed. Were in town for the Giants vs Cowboys game and this was just close enough for us, but yet just far enough so that we didn't feel like we were staying in the city. Had a slight issue with the water heater not being able to keep up with demand since we had a fair amount of people staying.

Lovely time with family
Our family gathered for a reunion and enjoyed every amenity. The house had lots of space to facilitate our various activities. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We will cherish many great memories from our stay.

Quiet Vacation Spot
Nice meet up spot for a group, plenty of space. Pool/spa control isn't the most user friendly and the pool temperature needs calibrating, which only effects the coldest days of the year.

Great location
Great location and spacious home. Check in and out was super easy. Host was easy to get ahold of. Photos indicate a hot tub but it is non-operational. That is my fault for not reading the description better. Overall very nice home and room for lots of guests.

I must say that I am totally impressed with the customer service efforts of VRBO and its management staff. My adventure with the processes have been very interesting over the last couple of days but I will say that between VRBO and our host Nancy our trip was very satisfying and I will book time and time again because VRBO shows that they care and our host Nancy was very positive to make sure that all issues of anything that we had were resolved and settled. Great location and clean property
This was a great property for us. We normally stay with my sister for Christmas but her house burned down and so we both needed to find a place where we would all fit and this house was perfect! I love that it is pet friendly because even our dogs love to be together when we come visit so that was an important part for us. Property was extremely clean and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Owner was very responsive with any questions that we had.
