Nestled between the polo fields of Willow Bend Polo Club and the sailing regatta at Corinthian Yacht Club you have an opportunity to watch polo horses work out from your back yard or attend a polo match and stomp divots with the elite or arrange in advance for a slip to dock your sailboat and or schedule sailing lessons from numerous captains anxious to share what they know.
The space
Relax in this fully renovated single family home with amply space to stretch out and enjoy family friends and or business associates. Build a fire in our wood fire pit or just turn on the gas and enjoy the fire table. Either one will make for a great time of sharing.
Escape into the game room to enjoy a game of ping pong or shuffle board and relax by our 85” tv’s. This house has something for everyone in the group.
Guest access
Enjoy the elaborate kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal except the food. Turn your kids loose on the private play ground with swings and a slide on the lot next door or just stroll thru the woods surrounding the property and the neighborhood.
Other things to note
The house is located between the colleges in Denton and the sporting events in Frisco. Visit with your kids at Texas Womens University or University of North Texas or attend a game with the Texas Tornados, The Rough Riders, or a Dallas Cowboys practice at The Star Stadium or FC Dallas soccer games at Toyota Stadium. All are within 30 minutes drive.
Just 20 minutes away you will find Little Elm Park with its sand beach, beach volleyball, zip lines, kayak and paddle board rental and it’s latest indoor water park called the Cove. In addition you can try your skill at wake boarding at Hydrous Water Park or just Picnic by the lake.
