Great house close to Disney

Really clean and very well done house. Lots of love went into this property from the theme rooms - the Star Wars room is epic - to the airbrushed murals in the rooms. We've stayed in Emerald Island a lot and this was probably the best rental we've had in 20 years. Great game room in the garage too with more murals. The kids really enjoyed it

Wonderful vacation home!

Property was exactly as described. Family of 7, with 5 kids. We loved all the extra bedrooms and bathrooms, we were able to space out and all be comfortable. The kids loved the gaming room, pool table, and swimming pool. Will stay again. :)

AMAZING

This property was IMMACULATE upon arrival and the pictures were accurate. So much space and so many amenities. SO CLEAN and so easy to comply with what Alejandro listed as tasks to maintain the property while we were there. Everyone had ample space and a phenomenal time. The community is amazing too! We will absolutely be pushing to stay here EVERY TIME we come back. Alejandro was a very informative and gracious host, and the house was just so cool considering each room was a different theme relating to Disney. He even put lights to accentuate the themes (which would be a huge win for groups with small children). Plus, everything was modern and updated!. So much fun and so many memories in just 5 days. We set high scores in the arcade room! If you pass up on this spot, its entirely your loss. We'll be coming back, HERE, every chance we get... NO CONTEST when compared to any other location. We'll be back for sure. 👍🏼 thanks Alejandro!!!

Plenty of room for everyone!

The resort and neighborhood were great! The house was spacious and all of our adult children had their own room and bathroom. Great communication with the host. We used more amenities than expected, the game room was fun. Easy access to Disney parks.

The prestigious, gated community of Emerald Island Resort offers a grand entrance with a 24-hour manned guardhouse. Only moments from the magic, just off of Highway 192, EIR is one of the closest rental home communities to Disney, but just far enough to experience a little peace and tranquility from the busy tourist district. The 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination has to offer. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Experience easy and fast access to major highways, local shops, restaurants and world class golf. The 4000 Sq Ft Club House contains the lounge with big-screen TV, the exercise room, sauna, cyber cafe, meeting rooms, business services with internet access and concierge service.
