My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this phenomenal property. While we had several days at the Disney parks, our days spent “resting” were just as much fun! The home was beautifully decorated with ample room for all of us. We enjoyed being able to relax in the pool and hot tub. Having the three grandchildren it was certainly a bonus also having the playground right next door. Richard & Jeanne were so pleasant to work with, keeping open communication from the start of our planning until after our trip. We all certainly plan to continue making more memories at this home in the future.

House was great, spacious enough that 10 people weren't on top of each other, but not so big that we weren't able to spend quality time together. Everyone having their own bathroom was amazing! First, you couldn't ask to work with a better host. Richard and Jeanne were great. Very welcoming, always returned messages in prompt fashion, and provided excellent resources and suggestions. Would not hesitate to rent from them in the future. The house was great. The common areas were nicely decorated and well-maintained. We loved the themed decorations in all the common areas, as well as the bedrooms. As for the bedrooms, they were nicely laid out and so great that they each had its own attached bathrooms, which was a big plus. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Clean and well-maintained as well. Overall, a 10 out of 10. Thanks, Richard and Jeanne! We had a great vacation and loved your home.

Great Trip!

The house meet all of our needs, we loved it. We had an issue with the air conditioner, but it was fixed quickly. The kids loved the theme rooms and loved looking at the walls. The pool was great on the days we didn’t go to Disney and everyone had their own bathroom!

We loved this house! My son is obsessed with Toy Story so the Toy Story room was definitely the highlight! The Harry Potter room was such an awesome design!! We arrived on our first night to find our remote was broken and couldn’t access the TV. Host overnighted a remote to make sure we had access the next day! Our pool was nice and heated! My only complaint was the trash bags were so thin that it ripped so just make sure to bring some extras like we did!We will definitely stay again on our next Disney trip!!

Disney trip

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Great location and very responsive hosts. There are many restaurants and a Walmart nearby. The only issue we had was that the pool and hot tub heater were not working properly but the host refunded the money we paid for that service. All in all, a great place if you’re planning a Disney trip.

My wife and I are from the NJ area. Our daughters, Madison (who is 6) and now Maya (who is 1) loves to visit Walt Disney World and the Beaches. We love the attractions and the Orlando/Florida area. We decided to buy a vacation home because we needed the accommodations that hotels could not provide (kitchen and extra space!). We love to use these homes but also share the joy with others. We take pride as these are our private selection of homes and have done plenty of research to find the perfect resorts. These are our babies and we have upgraded and kept in a immaculate condition. We have given it lots of love and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

All consumable items are self service, but items that are initially complementary for the first night: toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry soap, dish soap, sponge, trash bag, shampoo and soap. These are intended to help with arrival night and would recommend that you also shop for household items that you will be consumed.

Optional pool and spa heat is available for $40/day . We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of October and April. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do that. (duration request is for entire stay.) We would totally recommend as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use.

There is no usable BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you with more information for setup.

We have pots and pans in the kitchen. Please bring the condiments you wish to use.
