Comfy home with water views!

The whole experience was easy and the house was clean and cozy! The kids really enjoyed themselves and kept saying how nice everyone in the neighborhood was to them as they wondered around! Thankful the homeowner shared their home with us and we hope to be back!

Had a relaxing time fishing and enjoying gorgeous views from both porches. Grilled dinners and road around park looking at different homes. Roomy and comfortable. Been here 3 times now we love it

Great lake getaway!

If you are looking for a very well-maintained and beautifully decorated house, this is the place for you. With a spacious open concept living area and lake views, you won't be disappointed. There are many amenities in the community to enjoy, so it is the perfect place to enjoy a long weekend or a week or more stay! The host is very accommodating and a really great person to work with!

Relaxing stay. Very nice pool, restaurant and quiet friendly staff and neighbors. Rented a pontoon and was able meet at the dock on property. Great view as well. Would recommend room darkening shades for bedroom

Comfortable, roomy, beautiful, calm, and so many other words. This home was charming. The open floor plan gave us space to hang out together and enjoy family meals. The lake view was great. We enjoyed our 3 days and will return!

Lovely 121 Maple St in Badin Shores Resort

The owner was most pleasant everything was efficient and the home was decorated in lake decor tastefully. Great view of Badin Lake through large doors in living and kitchen. Large comfortable living room and tv with Netflix etc already up and functioning. Very clean and welcoming. I’d def stay there again!

Stayed 2 nights had a great time. Had several conversations with nice neighbors. Enjoyed grilling and eating outside enjoying view. Fishing was great my favorite scenic lake and wildlife are always abundant. No complaints

Husband and wife fishcation

Had a great trip this place is amazing and Brooke is awesome. More amenities than I could list . Wife killed it on beetle spins fishing. View is amazing people in park are so nice. After hot day on lake pool was great to cool off in. We meal prep and cook on grill. Restaurant on property is fun for drinks so is scallywags . We are planning on making this our home away from home.

4 night stay

We spent 4 nights and enjoyed the resort and the near by hiking trails, and kayak options. The home was very clean, and comfortable.Only complaint is the bunk bed needs some screws tightened to stop the squeaking. And the fire alarm seemed to go off everytime we cooked. But all in all I rate our stay highly. OH, and the neighbors were very friendly too. We will book again if available.

The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was also well stocked with everyday household needs. It was easy for a family of 5 to settle in for a week. I was also surprised that there were spaces to go for me to study in quiet. The enclosed porch was delightful with a water view! As we discovered, there isn’t much in the surrounding towns but that was ok. The resort had everything to keep us all busy (mini golf, beach, large pool, mini RC track, playgrounds, and plenty of picnic tables.

It was very quiet however properties are very close together. The view was very nice. We did however experience roaches every morning and a lizard in the living room one afternoon. The property needs pest control for sure. Other than that it was perfect.

Amazing little getaway on the lake

We used this property as a base camp while we were at Uwharrie Jeep Jamboree. It is about a 25 minute drive to Uwharrie, and 25 minute drive to Albemarle to many restaurants. It was super clean, cute, well decorated, and stocked with many supplies for cooking, cleaning, ect. It is second row lake front and having coffee on the porch in the morning was def my highlight, so peaceful and reflective. The master bed was SO comfy, I slept like a baby. This isn’t a huge place, but perfect for a couple get away. Anytime I reached out to the owner she got back with me right away. They are definitely a pleasure to work with.
