Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay, this air BNB was cute and clean and next to a lot of great shops and restaurants the street was very busy and active. Definitely would book again.

Beautiful property - extremely clean! The bed is very comfortable as well. The surrounding area is full of interesting shops and restaurants, we especially liked Glass and Vine, which is directly across the street. It was particularly nice to have parking included. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick getaway

My husband and I came here to relax the last couple of days of our vacation. The location is wonderful, food and fun all within walking distance. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable! We cannot wait to come back next time we are in town!

10/10 Will Come Back Again!

The unit was fantastic! Located in the heart of Coconut Grove it was in an amazing locations in walking distance to bars, coffee shops, and restaurants (really good ones). The view is so much better in person that in pictures. I got a ocean/bay and city view all in one best of both worlds and the sunrise in the morning *chefs kiss*. Natalia and Silvia were great hosts and were able to answer all of my questions. When communicating with them texting was the more easier approach than calling just an FYI. They both paid great attention to detail and made my stay a fantastic one. My only complaint was the shower was really tiny and was hard to move around in it but you can see that from the pictures so it wasn't anything unexpected. Overall, I would 100% come back to this place again for another solo-trip!

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
