The spacious unit is safely tucked away from the street. Private, but close to freeways, hospitals, downtown, 6th ave, UPS, and all the good stuff Tacoma has to offer!

The space

» HUGE 75 inch Smart TV in the living room, 50 inch TV in the master, and 27 inch TV in the Cozy Nook!
» Gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Fully stocked for cooking gourmet group meals.
» Cozy tile lined tub/shower in the large bathroom for bubble baths or getting ready for a night out.
» 1500 sf unit, enough for the whole family!
» Master bedroom has a queen been, a couch with hide-a-bed for extra guests when needed, a 50 inch TV, large dresser, large walk-in closet.
» The second bedroom has one queen bed, dresser, chair, closet.
» The third bedroom is a cozy nook! This room functions as both a bedroom with a twin bed and a convertible chair to a twin bed or a second little family room for relaxing over great conversation. **This room doesn’t have a door so it’s ideal for kids or a flexible individual in your group.
Guest access
Guests may use the kitchen, deck, living room, dining areas, three bedrooms, laundry room and bath.
Other things to note
PETS allowed on a case by case basis with an additional fee/deposit. Please inquire before booking.

Keep in mind, this hidden gem can be hard to find. Please follow the directions messaged to you prior to check-in.

The grounds are mostly used for vehicular access and is gravel. Landscaping on the grounds is still on the to-do list.

If booking for multiple months, keep in mind that rates are seasonal and vary by season. Posted rates for future months may change.

The downstairs is occupied by full-time residents, noise travels, please be respectful.

The shared Washer and Dryer is in a detached garage.
