Located on one of the highest points on the island, this lovely air conditioned home has magnificent 290 degrees of ocean views to the north, east and south. The house has a front row seat as it welcomes the splendid and varied sunrise each day. It offers many different spaces, both indoor and outdoor, where you may gather or find solitude. The house has a well equipped kitchen with a small table for casual meals as well as a dining room which can accommodate a large group for family meals. There is a spacious living room area with plenty of seating that takes advantage of the superlative view. On the lower level another common area offers an additional place to gather and relax. A special feature of the house is the cupola at the top of the house. This cozy space has a 360 degree view of Block Island and is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Bedrooms can be found on all three levels with a variety of king, queen and twin beds accommodating a maximum of 12 guests. Decks on the northeast, southeast, and west sides of the house offer guests the possibility of various outdoor activities both in and out of the sun all with a spectacular view of the Atlantic.
