This was our first vaca with the pups. Great home, gorgeous! Fenced in completely, and easy access to the creek. Very convenient location. A little busy during daytime hours, but quiets down shortly before the sun goes down. We will be back! Host was very quick to reply to any questions, and house was very clean.

Great cabin for a family getaway! Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kids had a blast, and it was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together. We'd definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Hatch for a father/son fishing weekend. It is convenient for fishing and the cabin was very comfortable. We hope to visit again really soon.

Cabin was clean, kid friendly with safety gates, the yard was great for the kids to play in. The fully fenced yard also made it easy with our dog. We greatly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely look at staying there again the next time we are in the area.

Everything worked out perfectly and the host was very responsive. I love the location, the cabin was extremely clean and it was well presented. Unfortunately we didn't catch any fish, but I'm sure there were some in the creek. Awesome weekend.

Amazing little place! Close to many outdoor adventures, yet remote! Our family loved this cabin-from the wrap around porch, slide and rock climbing, creek, and the cute mountain decor! It had everything we needed!!

Cabin had great location to cooper creek/toccoa/deep hole/rock creek. Very clean, great outdoor living. Great for a small family or group of friends trout fishing getaway!

Great Cabin

We enjoyed our stay at The Hatch! We had everything we needed to cook dinner/ lunch while at the property. Our kids & dog loved having a safe fenced in area to play in. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect weekend getaway

Me and my boys had the best time at your cabin! It was stocked with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. I love that it is right off the main road to be able to go and explore around Suches easily. Would definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you for letting us stay!

The perfect getaway for relaxation, and great proximity to the swinging bridge, fish hatchery, Sea Creek Falls and more. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated. Amy is a very thoughtful host and was great with communication. It is a little noisy with the traffic going past on Morganton Highway, but the fact that we could also walk across the street to the only store within a 10 mile radius was a huge bonus, so the noise didn't bother us. I highly recommend staying at The Hatch!

We loved this property; communication with the host was easy & fast (even late on a Sunday). We loved playing in the creek, roasting marshmallows and walking across the street to get ice cream from the store. We can't wait to go back

Believe the reviews, this place is awesome! My wife and I plus our two labs spent 3 glorious days enjoying the cabin, the stream and the surrounding area. It’s a bit out of the way but that’s what we wanted. Spent some time in Dahlonega checking out University of North Georgia as my wife was an undergraduate there years ago. My how it has changed. Went to the swinging bridge over the Toccoa River…..the dogs were a bit apprehensive. Otherwise enjoyed the scenery and the wildlife. The cabin has everything you need and is postcard perfect. Clean and everything works and the internet is fast. If you have dogs or kids, the backyard is fenced which is a big plus. We had one minor glitch when we arrived by Amy was very responsive and got us on the right track in short order. Fair amount of traffic on the road next to the cabin during the day but quiet as a mouse at night. If you’re looking for some natural beauty and a sweet place to stay you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend The Hatch.

Great location for family time

We loved it here!! We fished in the creek and caught 4 trout, went hiking to two different locations, had delicious fish tacos at the Wildcat BBQ, roasted smores, played outside, family games, and so much more! The whole family, including the dogs, loved this property! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great find!

Great trip to Suches, GA at The Hatch, beautiful surroundings inside and out. Clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and upgraded amenities. Fishing right outside the door kept the guys entertained and enjoyed exploring the area. Cooper’s Creek Store also did not disappoint! Great stay overall!!

I work in the entertainment industry... The Hatch was a beautiful cabin, in an area where my husband fished a lot 15-20 years ago (Cooper Creek) with his son. Both of us were relaxed and I got a breather from the chaos. I highly recommend "The Hatch" - beautiful scenery and peaceful. We loved it.

BEST CABIN WE'VE HAD TO DATE!

Fenced yard for kids to play. Super clean. Comfy beds. Cute General store 50ft away. Mountain views all around. Everything you could ask for in a cabin getaway. Best cabin we've stayed in. We will be back!!

Highly recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay. Cooper’s Creek Store is right across the street and is a must. We enjoyed the creek each day and had smores by the fire pit. Would have been nice if the grass wasn’t so tall but otherwise everything was spot-on. Highly recommend this property. Owners were very helpful and great with communication.

Cozy, comfortable, relaxing, fun

We loved our stay at The Hatch. We usually pick cabins that are secluded but decided to go outside of our normal for this trip. We were not disappointed. The cabin was easy to find on main roads but still felt private. The kids loved the hot tub, the river going under the bridge and the loft being all theirs. There were adventures close to the cabin that we loved, Sea Creek Falls and the swinging bridge. The road to the bridge is not for the faint of heart but the bridge was beautiful. Thank you Amy for suggesting the bridge. Blue Ridge and Helen are both close enough for day trips and both give you beautiful views while you drive. Follow the suggestion to bring groceries because there is nowhere to buy anything within a 45 minute drive. This cabin is a great choice for anytime of year.
