Très grande maison de plage; Boardwalk; 9 personnes; 3 chambres et 3 bains. (BR1-King, BR2-Queen et BR3- 3 Twins); Canapé-lit. A le Wifi. (Chiens autorisés)

Cette grande propriété de 3 chambres avec un plan d'étage ouvert est située dans le quartier de La Playa à Port Aransas. C'est l'un des quartiers les plus proches de la plage et a une belle promenade pour accéder à la plage Il y a un grand salon ouvert avec canapé-lit, salle à manger et coin cuisine avec cafetière standard. Deux chambres (BR1) & (BR2) & 2 salles de bain sont au 2ème étage et le 3ème étage a une chambre (BR3) et salle de bain. La propriété a une vue sur l'océan depuis la terrasse en L située au 2ème étage. Profitez de vos prises fraîches sur le gril à charbon. Le décor de la plage peut être trouvé dans toute la maison.

AUCUN bateau ou remorque de stationnement dans les rues. Bateaux autorisés tant qu'ils sont stationnés dans l'allée.

Loved it!

The pre-arrival communication made for perfect check-in. The location, golf cart, private pool, laundry room, everything our family needed to make the stay special. We are already planning the next trip!

Great location some updates

Great location, could use some updating on beds & decor. But other than that the space was comfortable & closeness to beach was wonderful. Paid extra for heated pool, but we probably got 1/2 day w/heated pool. Lots of helpful texts, helpful signage around house & info in check in folder EXCEPT on how to access golf cart key. Other rentals leave key in rental. Eventually we went to their hard to access office to pick up key. Check in process would be more efficient with golf cart key inside rental house. Overall a great stay for location & space size for our group size.

Best house we’ve ever rented

The house itself was great. Very well stocked in everything. The construction outside on the fence and pool was a bit of a bummer. Besides the noise there was a lot of cigarette smoke. Can’t wait to rent next year when the pool is up and running! Do we get a discount for the inconvenience ?

Great beach house!

My husband and I have rented a lot of places in a number of locations over the years and this was one of the cleanest and best equipped places we've rented. It had everything we needed to cook and far more than the usual starter supplies of necessary items. Loved having coffee in the morning on the deck while watching and listening to the waves and the birds. Location was great for beach access and restaurants. Very appreciative that it's a dog friendly property. The dogs liked it too! The owner is putting in a small pool which will make a nice place even nicer. We'll definitely be back!

Family Perfect

We had a group of 9 plus our small dogs and the stay here was perfect. Check in was super easy and accommodating to check in remotely, which I appreciated a lot. The space was clean and didn't feel crowded. The neighborhood was nice and the beach access just a couple of mins away was the best. Would definitely recommend and return to this property for future family vacations.

Thanksgiving family gathering

The house was perfect for our group of 6, ages 7 to 76. The beach access is an easy walk and the upper deck has a great view and nice furniture for those not wanting to venture out as much. The house was roomy and comfortable for all our family meals and for relaxing inside when it rained. Everything was in good working order except for a couple outside light bulbs which we reported to the management company. The beds were comfortable and plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows were provided. The heat worked great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house in a great location!

The house is very clean and has a great set-up. It has everything you might need for a fabulous time. We didn't really cook much, but the kitchen seems set up for anything you might want to bring. The deck was lovely and there is a partial view of the beach. Listening to the sound of the waves while watching the sunset was wonderful. We had our teenager and one of her friends with us and they enjoyed the privacy of the top floor bedroom. It was perfect for them! We had trouble getting the TV to work, but didn't care that much since we could stream on our computers. The beds were comfortable, as well. The access to the beach was the best part, though. The walkway makes it quick and easy to get there and the area is busy, but fairly quiet. The neighborhood is our favorite in Port A because it isn't party central. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to it!

The PERFECT PLACE FAMILY RR

Spaciously and adorable place of Zen. One suggestion that owners stay on housekeeping to sweep up Dirt and hair particles by corners and was very dusty. Also, don't leave food on counters for manyants and spiders? Overall, excellent place the trail goes straight to the beach. You don't need to rent go carts. We will return again. Enjoy yourself.

Excellent house and location

Experience was great from booking through check-out. Clear communication for arrival and departure, nice amenities (shampoo and conditioner! plenty of towels! coffee filters!), great house. Loved the living area--so many areas to sit in, and a pretty big kitchen as well. The location was awesome--we LOVED being able to walk to the beach, instead of having to drive. Would absolutely rent this very same house again.

The house was in close proximity to the beach. Plenty of room for family. The kids loved the upstairs kid friendly bedroom! Definitely recommend!

Nice Beach weekend

We had a nice time. Beach house was great layout for what we needed. Short walk to beach which was most important to us. Upstairs kids room gets a bit warm at nighttime but not warm enough that it kept them awake.

Great Location-Plenty Of Space

We all had a wonderful time. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Nice pit to BBQ. Games and puzzles/Beach toys were left for the guest to use. Only complaint, y’all need to spray for ants, some new furniture (dining room chairs were wobbly) and a partial cover on the deck for a little shade on those very sunny/rainy days. Other than that we loved this place and give y’all a thumbs up 🤩👍

Very Nice Place!

We had a very nice stay! The weather was not the perfect but we really enjoy spending time in the house playing with the kids, so many board games, puzzles and more. The only inconvenience we have is Netflix has no audio if you use spectrum tv so we switch Netflix to vizio tv. It was a great weekend!

Great location and management services

The place was perfect for my wife, 7 yo and I. Less than five minute walk to the beach but we mostly took a golf cart that we rented. Super easy access via cart too. Definitely would stay again!

3 Bedroom house in great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located in a small enclave of homes. First floor consisted of the garage & utility room. 2nd Floor consisted of kitchen, living room, breakfast room, full bath #2, master bedroom (en suite Full bath #1/master bath), Bedroom #2 (w/“Relax” sign above it), and wrap around deck. Third floor was more of a loft area with 3 twin beds and an en suite full bathroom. Location was close to beach. Stayed during COVID quarantine so there was a time period where Vehicles (including golf carts) were not allowed on beach so this house’s location would have been perfect. You could walk to the beach by accessing the private bridge/boardwalk. Beach views /ocean views available when sitting on back wrap-around porch. The 3rd floor loft/bedroom had a TV and some kids’ toys & crayons. It was the perfect rental home for our family with 3 boys (between 6-8yrs old).the only negative I found was that the kitchen didn’t have much pantry space but that’s really nitpicking. Everything was a great size. We’ll be staying here again in the future.
