Will heat your PRIVATE pool from 65 deg to 90 deg in 45 minutes (Operates from Oct- March) Spectacular space has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, an outdoor shower, outdoor poolside restroom, Private Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, fully stocked chef's style gourmet kitchen and an outdoor entertainment space with a large bbq grill next to your private pool. Beautifully accented with engineered wood floors, gorgeous countertops and designer tile and bath tubs. Three private porches with comfy seating- watch the sunset, read a book, catch up with friends/family or just relax in this sleepy beach town. Inquire about on site 6 place golf cart rental and rates.

Great Family Getaway

Roomy, cozy and everything we could ask for in a quick trip to the beach. Location is right in the middle of town, just down from beach access roads, and the pool was so great to have to cool off in the afternoons. We had my two adult sons, my wife and our two under 5 daughters and it was a great place to hang out after the beach, cook dinner and enjoy time together or in our own spaces.

Perfect Winter Vacation

We have stayed here many times. This holiday house has everything. The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. We love the heated pool, so much space, beautiful decor, golf cart available to rent. Even a 1/2 bath outside by pool. Plenty of room. Really they have it all! Will definitely be back. Great LOCATION!!

We enjoy our yearly trip and all the different properties are always nice! We really Loved the location of this property!! It was so convenient to shops and the beach! The property owners were so good to work with!! We had a small hiccup but we were very satisfied with solution and fast action!! We recommend this property for all family trips!! My grandchildren had a blast!

A great new place with beautiful furnishings! So much fun at the pool area, quick ride to the beach, wonderful nearby restaurants. Great communication from owner, well kept & clean. We had a great weekend & will be back!

Home has been done beautifully, great space, great furnishings. And fantastic location. Walk to everything. I never had to move my car! Our own pool = huge bonus! Perfect property!

Amazing House!

This house was the perfect place for our family celebration! Plenty of space, modern EVERYTHING, the kitchen had everything needed to cook at home, and the outdoor space with the pool was very relaxing and peaceful. The property manager was attentive to our questions and quick to respond. We had no issues whatsoever. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome House

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It was so well stocked and had everything we needed. My sons commented that the only thing missing was a big TV out by the pool to watch the football games!!! Thank you for having a really nice place. We plan to come back next year.

Family beach and fishing vacation

This place is amazing! The owner has provided everything we could possibly require. The kitchen had all the main appliances, utensils, dishware, and spices we needed for our stay. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is beautiful and everything was nice and clean. We had plenty of parking for our vehicles and a boat.

Fabulous stay

Lovely property, spacious, bright and clean.. The owners have definitely put much love and pride into this house. The finishes and fixtures are thoughtfully placed and the appliance are top of the line. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The pool and outside seating area was just what was needed after a long day at the beach. Location was perfect as everything was within waking distance, a great way to explore old town Port A. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic beach vacation house

We had the most amazing time with friends at this beautiful house! It was in the perfect location close to everything. The private pool was awesome . The house is new and has great features! Leo the owner was extremely responsive and a great help, he is super easy to deal with and will see to any issues or concerns you may have, myself and my family and friends had a wonderful te. We will be sure to book this amazing beach house again. I hope Guly recommend this house to anyone who wants a great beach vacation!!

Amazing!!

I booked for a quick surprise stay and it was fabulous! Beautiful decor, I felt like I was at the Ritz! Tranquil setting, beautiful private pool and home was fully stocked with everything!!! The beds/linens were Amazing!!! Amazing!!! Amazing!!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else and looking forward to the next trip, where we can actually spend a whole week! As a matter fact, I have already rebooked!

Wonderful Memories Made

We absolutely loved the property and the location. The communication with the owners was easy and efficient. They would respond and answer all questions very quickly. They design of the home is perfect for a multi-family vacation. We loved having a private pool. Having the shower outside and the outside bathroom was an added plus we didn't know we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and definitely an instagramable home. We look forward to visiting again.

Making Memories

Our family spent a wonderful week in Port Aransas at Mr. Leo and Mrs. Jennifer’s property. It’s a beautiful house. The adults and the little ones thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the private pool after a fun day at the beach. Mr. Leo replied very promptly whenever we had any questions. The house was very clean. We enjoyed family meals together in the spacious kitchen/dining/family room. Several bathrooms were an added plus even outside by the pool. Our family made some wonderful memories! Thank you again Mr. Leo and Mrs. Jennifer!
