Will heat your PRIVATE pool from 65 deg to 90 deg in 45 minutes (Operates from Oct- March) Spectacular space has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, an outdoor shower, outdoor poolside restroom, Private Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, fully stocked chef's style gourmet kitchen and an outdoor entertainment space with a large bbq grill next to your private pool. Beautifully accented with engineered wood floors, gorgeous countertops and designer tile and bath tubs. Three private porches with comfy seating- watch the sunset, read a book, catch up with friends/family or just relax in this sleepy beach town. Inquire about on site 6 place golf cart rental and rates.

Family Get Together

Leo and Jen were great hosts!!! Answered all questions and were very helpful when needed. The property was located in a great area close to everything. The pool was the best part as my grandson was swimming every day.The kitchen was well stocked and the house was beautifully decorated and furnished.

The house was gorgeous. It met all our needs. The only reason cleanliness didnt get a perfect score is because the previous tenants left a hefty mess for housekeeping. I highly recommend staying here!

This was hands down one of our favorite beach trips! The house has lots of space without being a huge house. The pool and pool area was perfect for a dip after a long day of shopping or for lounging in the shade after a beach day. We made many family meals and had everything we needed. The location of Jennifer and Leo’s home is the real treat. It’s walking distance from everything! But, I still recommend adding the golf cart for those hot mid day trips in the Summer. Thank you for such a lovely vacation!

Great Family Getaway

Roomy, cozy and everything we could ask for in a quick trip to the beach. Location is right in the middle of town, just down from beach access roads, and the pool was so great to have to cool off in the afternoons. We had my two adult sons, my wife and our two under 5 daughters and it was a great place to hang out after the beach, cook dinner and enjoy time together or in our own spaces.

Beautiful property with so much to do!

A great new place with beautiful furnishings! So much fun at the pool area, quick ride to the beach, wonderful nearby restaurants. Great communication from owner, well kept & clean. We had a great weekend & will be back!

Perfect Winter Vacation

We have stayed here many times. This holiday house has everything. The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. We love the heated pool, so much space, beautiful decor, golf cart available to rent. Even a 1/2 bath outside by pool. Plenty of room. Really they have it all! Will definitely be back. Great LOCATION!!

We enjoy our yearly trip and all the different properties are always nice! We really Loved the location of this property!! It was so convenient to shops and the beach! The property owners were so good to work with!! We had a small hiccup but we were very satisfied with solution and fast action!! We recommend this property for all family trips!! My grandchildren had a blast!

Beautiful Home

This home is in a great location to Shopping and Bernie's if you would like some music and dancing. Has a nice pool to cool off in and very sound proof to the party that was happening across the street. Great place.

Home has been done beautifully, great space, great furnishings. And fantastic location. Walk to everything. I never had to move my car! Our own pool = huge bonus! Perfect property!

Amazing House!

This house was the perfect place for our family celebration! Plenty of space, modern EVERYTHING, the kitchen had everything needed to cook at home, and the outdoor space with the pool was very relaxing and peaceful. The property manager was attentive to our questions and quick to respond. We had no issues whatsoever. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome House

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It was so well stocked and had everything we needed. My sons commented that the only thing missing was a big TV out by the pool to watch the football games!!! Thank you for having a really nice place. We plan to come back next year.

Fabulous stay

Lovely property, spacious, bright and clean.. The owners have definitely put much love and pride into this house. The finishes and fixtures are thoughtfully placed and the appliance are top of the line. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The pool and outside seating area was just what was needed after a long day at the beach. Location was perfect as everything was within waking distance, a great way to explore old town Port A. Would definitely stay there again!
