Absolutely amazing place. Such a beautiful location and incredible home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Santa Fe!
My organization rented this property for visiting artists in town for our summer season. It is important to note that, at the time of our rental, this property did not have air conditioning, and during a prolonged heat wave, our artists were very uncomfortable. The owner did her best and sent along additional fans, but unfortunately those were not enough to combat the heat. The back yard is gorgeous, and the property has everything else one would need for a very enjoyable stay; however, I would only recommend this property for temperate and cold parts of the year, until the owner installs central air conditioning.
I am Christina. My husband, Eric, and I love Santa Fe! I am a Santa Fe native but moved to Southern California to become a teacher. Our family, including our twin sons, travel often back to my hometown to enjoy our family and friends there. We recently purchased Casa Christina because it is in the neighborhood of my childhood. I have many great memories of riding my bike through the bike/walking trails and playing with my friends in the parks and open spaces. We hope our guests love the house and the neighborhood as much as we do!
In Park Plazas, seventy-five (75) acres are designated as open space and common areas all networked by eight (8) miles of paved pathways. In addition to the hiking trails, there are tennis and basketball courts, off-leash dog play areas, and playgrounds for children. The established and beautiful landscaping makes Park Plazas the âGreen Placeâ in Santa Fe. If you love to swim, ice skate, walk indoors and stay in shape, the Genoveva Chavez Community Center is within walking distance.
