Chic Modern Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

This large condo hotel suite offers stunning views of Mandalay Bay, Honeymoon Island, and Clearwater. It has space for 6 people with a King bed, Queen bed, and full-sized sofa bed. It also has 2 full bathrooms. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee. Please note that the queen bedroom does not have a window. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35/night + tax included with your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80 will apply. A daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in if you'll be bringing your dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee. We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check-in. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
