"MargaritavillePool Home" offre une piscine chauffée à l'eau de mer avec une véranda avec écran pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Profitez de lire un livre ou de faire la sieste sur le canapé en plein air dans votre zone filtrée. La piscine est maintenue à 88-90 degrés dans les mois les plus froids aussi longtemps que les clients mettent le couvercle lorsqu'il ne sert pas. Profitez de la piscine de sel qui est beaucoup plus facile sur votre peau / cheveux. Imprégnez-vous de la beauté de notre arrière-cour tropicale. L'intérieur a été décoré avec des couleurs tropicales et un thème de Beachy. Nouveau téléviseur HD 55 pouces dans le salon. La cuisine et la salle à manger viennent de subir un remodelage total comprenant de nouvelles armoires à shaker blanc et des comptoirs en granit. La belle plage est d'env. à 4 minutes à pied. Profitez de l'extrémité nord de Clearwater Beach dans ce quartier résidentiel. Ceci est une location hebdomadaire sous licence avec la ville de Clearwater.

gorgeous house

A wonderful house in a quiet location but close to everything . The outdoor pool and garden were lovely and the house had everything we needed it was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely recommend it !

Fantastic Vacation

The property is very well kept and well stocked. Parking is adequate and location is great. The best part of the home is the back yard. The yard and pool are perfectly maintained. We all enjoyed the vacation

Wonderful beach vacation

This is such a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. We walked to the beach (5 minutes) multiple time a day while also enjoying the heated pool. The house was spacious enough for our family of four, although we spent most of our time out back on the screened in lanai or in the pool which is the best part of this beach house.

Wonderful location!

We stayed in June 2024 and had an amazing time! Dana was in contact from the moment we booked through the check in process. She checked in to see if we needed anything and provided clear instructions on the home and any expectations for check out. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and the pool area was perfect for the kids! 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent Clearwater Beach place to stay!

Dana was a delight to work with and the house was extremely well maintained and clean. All the accommodations were perfect from the beach towels, utensils in the kitchen to the nice salt water pool! Would highly recommend this property if your looking to go to Clearwater Beach!

Wonderful Place

Everything was great, pool was nice and warm so we could still enjoy it when the weather was cooler. Great location, quick walk to the beach. House was clean and had plenty of space for us.

Great Family time

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is very convenient, walking distance to the beach. Kids love the pool. Nice neighborhood and the house had everything we need. Also great host, she offered a last min deal and we were able to enjoy our stay a little bit more.

Very clean home with very private pool area that is beautiful. Great location and neighborhood. Just close enough to enjoy all the activities in Clearwater Beach.

Perfect Location

The owner was very prompt in communicating. The location was only a 4-minute walk to the beach and was a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and perfect for the family, and the saltwater pool was great.

Quiet family getaway

The house was gorgeous and just what my family and I were looking for! The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the beach was quiet and secluded, we loved it! The pool was perfect for the rainy parts of the day as well. I was able to work remotely and the view of the pool was the perfect setting. Will be booking again for sure!!

Spring Break 2019 at Margaritaville Pool Home

Had a great time staying at the Margaritaville Pool Home. The house is clean and well maintained and the pool and backyard patio were beautiful. Our kids loved spending time in the pool and then taking the short walk to the beach. Very quiet area compared to the downtown strip, but an easy walk or drive to restaurants, pier, and shops.

Very clean , comfortable and quiet

Clean, comfortable and quiet. It was nice to have the pool so warm as a few of the days were you on the chilly side. Close to beach and town with many restaurant choices. It was perfect for our trips to Phillies spring training - just a short trip over the bridge and down the highway.

Perfect vacation house

We just finished a vacation week with our 2 adult children and their significant others. It was a perfect house for our getaway! Pool and outdoor space was just lovely. The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything thing we needed. Short walk 20 minute walk to downtown and only 4 minutes to the beach…we will be back!

Great Location and lovely house

My family very much enjoyed our stay. It is at the far end of Clearwater Beach so it is the perfect combination of location. We were close to clearwater beach's busy area for restaurants and shopping but past all the crowds and traffic. Short 4 min walk to beach! House was well equipped and beds were comfy! I wish I could have stayed another week!

Relaxing stay at Clearwater Beach

Our family enjoyed staying at this child and grandmother-friendly location. We would start our mornings walking at the beach and then spend time in the lovely pool. I highly recommend the home for families who want to enjoy Clearwater Beach but do not want to be in the center of the tourist activity. We could quickly drive the 0.5-—0.75 miles to the town center to park and walk to destinations to avoid the traffic.

Amazing house

Great place to enjoy Clearwater but also get some space from the nightlife. Just inside North Shore, about 20 minute walk from Clearwater beach, restaurants/ bars, and maybe 25-30 min walk to Pier 60. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the day. The neighborhood is quiet. It was the perfect place for our trip.

Quiet paradise

Property is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Property has everything needed for your stay. Pool is terrific with heater/cooler (i.e. pool remains at the same temperature regardless of the weather). The yard is also beautiful. The booking/check-in process was very straightforward. Will book again.

Charming house near the beach.....

I spent a long weekend at this charming house. It was well appointed, had a perfect size pool that was heated and had beautiful landscaping around it. We were a few blocks from the beach which allowed for sunset viewing without a crowd. We were also very close to the main drag and marina and found we did not have to venture far for entertainment or meals. I highly recommend this rental and hope to come back myself!

Lovely house and pool

The home was clean and had a great layout for our family. The kitchen was stalked with everything we needed. The pool was a great temperature and the lanai was great for all our meals outdoors. Location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and it was such a quick walk to the beach. Dana was a great host. Always available for questions and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.
