This was a great place to stay for me and a few colleagues. Also near a bus-stop so easy to get around. Tom was very easy to communicate with, respectful, and accommodating. Would recommend this space to anyone visiting Park City.
OMG this vaca was the best. Tom's condo was absolutely perfect. super comfortable. it had everything everything I needed. Tom made everything so so so easy and convenient. The location was over the top. So convenient to stores AND THE LIFTS. Easiest walk ever!! Definitely planning next years trip possibly two trips.
Nice property. Easy access to lifts. Well equipped apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids (sofa bed). Small kitchen but enough for breakfast or simple meals. The hot tub gets pretty crowded so we couldnât use. Itâs also in a second floor with lots of stairs and no elevator so not so convenient with little kids, ski gear and bags but overall it was a great stay.
Tomâs property was the perfect place for a long ski weekend. The place was an excellent and cozy home base for two - conveniently close to Park City lifts complete with a hot tub for apres ski. Tom was very helpful answering any questions we had!
Stayed at Tom's condo during Sundance for the weekend it was great! Really great location, very clean and comfortable. Didn't ski this time but walking distance to the Park City Resort. Easy to get around with shuttles and buses a very short walk away, or 15min walk to Main St. Thanks so much!
This condo was a perfect ski location, just a quick walk across the street to Park City Mountain lifts. Tom made the check in/check out process so easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The wood fireplace added to the coziness in the evenings. The condo is within a couple minute walk to multiple free Park City shuttle stops, so getting down to Main Street could not have been easier. We really enjoyed our New Year staycation here!
Everything you need for a great trip. Tom is very responsive if anything should arise or for questions. Close to Park City and could walk, or catch the bus stop right outside and it will drop you closer to the Payday lift. We rode the bus in the morning and exit by the First Time lift in the afternoon and walk back, it is down hill for the return. Also, a quick bus ride to the Canyons if you want to start your day at the bottom of their runs. As many others have stated, close to grocery stores and some eateries. Would definitely return.
This was our third visit to Park City for snowboarding and the first time we felt compelled to book the same place for our next trip so we'll be back next year. It's an easy walk, even in snowboard boots, to the lifts at Park City Mountain. The hot tub was wonderful for taking the ache out of our aging muscles and though we didn't use it, the pool was warm enough for swimming with air temps in the 20s/30s. With kindling and plenty of dry wood provided we enjoyed having a cozy fire in the evenings. Fresh Market and Starbucks are an easy walk and you can catch the free bus at the nearby stop. Like many properties so close to the lifts this unit is older, but it is meticulously clean with a very comfortable bed. Loved having the washer/dryer, with pods and dryer sheets provided, to do a load before departure!
This rental property was not clean. There were grubby handprints on the doorways, the pans were greasy, there was damage to the microwave. The heat was provided by baseboards, but the thermostats appeared to have settings - off or on, so you either roasted or froze. The fireplace, however, was very nice, and the hike-a-bed was comfortable. It is also conveniently located to the Park City ski hill. This is not a good place to stay if you want to cook - very little counter space, and insufficient pans - in fact nothing that you could use to bake anything in the oven.
Good location, right by the bus stop to town and to PC resort. It's uphill to the resort, but downhill if you wanted to walk home and skip the bus. The grocery and liquor stores are walkable as well. The unit is updated with granite counters in the kitchen, and the furniture was nice. There's a coffee pot and wood on the deck for a fire. The bathroom was great too. However, the bed in the bedroom was extremely soft, and sunk in the middle. I almost tried the pullout couch instead. The WiFi was not working during our stay (Tom did try to fix it though). You could also hear every single footstep from the unit above (we experienced children running back and forth at 6am) and there was a lot of road noise. If you don't mind these things, you will have an enjoyable stay, but we will not be returning.
This was our 4th trip to Park City in 5 years, and our second stay in this condo. We like it so much we reserved for next year before we checked out. It's an easy walk, even in snowboard boots, to the lifts at Park City Mountain. Walk to Fresh Market, Starbucks and Walgreens in just a few minutes. Although a little farther it's still an easy walk to downtown. The unit is clean and nicely equipped, loved using the hot tub after a day of riding and really appreciate being able to do laundry before departure so we have one less chore to do when we get home.
This was our second time staying at Tomâs, and once again it suited our needs perfectly. This condo is so cozy and perfectly situated within walking distance to PC lifts. We ended our stay with an unexpected powder day, and will likely be back next season!
We wanted to own a place in Park City. We puchased this condo right before the 2002 Winter Olympics. We were able to watch the snowboard events from our deck.
You can't beat the location. We looked at other properties, but it came down to location, location, location. We are right across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, and walking distance to the grocery store, Starbucks, and 7/11. The bus stop is around the corner on Park Avenue.
