This one-bedroom, one-bath Tennis Villa efficiency condo is centrally located in Amelia Island! It is part of the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation Resort, offering restaurants, pools, bike paths, and other great attractions. Enjoy entertaining your friends out on the private balcony! This home is outfitted with all the amenities that include high-speed WiFi, TVs, and even a community pool. Tennis Villa is located inside the beautiful Omni Amelia Island Plantation with 24-hour security in a private gated community.

Things to Know
Free WiFi

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Smart little efficiency!

Loved our stay at this smart little efficiency! Having a kitchenette plus laundry bumped up the unit from “hotel room” status and the large bath gave four of us plenty of space to take turns changing, etc. It was very clean and we liked having a balcony that overlooked the tennis courts. It was nice to have a pool to dip in onsite since beach access was a bit of a walk- though in June it was like bath water- but that’s to be expected. Overall building seems a little tired- dead ice machines on every floor- and would be nice to have a luggage cart on arrival/departure day. I agree with other reviewers that a toaster (stored under the sink maybe as counter space is tight) would be a nice addition. Overall happy with our stay!

The room was very clean. Had a nice quiet view of tennis courts through the trees. Worked for what I needed it for. Ice maker froze everything melted and froze again… needs to be checked. It would be nice to have a small table to eat at with chairs vs the little table that’s thee. Beautiful area on Amelia Isjsnd and close to a lot of things to do! Needs a toaster as well.

Plantation Tennis Villas

Very comfortable and very close to the tennis courts. Great shaded walking throughout the community which was great with 2 dogs in heat. Very nice experience at the Ocean Side Cafe. We were only here during the day and went home to our house for the evening. Our stay was due to our house being painted so over all the condo served our needs quite well.

Enjoying Amelia Resort

This location was awesome. Quite area with beautiful large oak trees & hanging Spanish moss. Lots of wild life & great trails. Enjoyed beach walks & exploring daily.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy with the room. Loved the location and the large outdoor balcony. However, we never saw anyone clean the pool or test the water, which was disturbing. After nine days there the pool was filthy and full of sand. Not to mention the pool furniture was very shabby and falling apart. We also witnessed another guest with their dog in the pool. So, it is true, you get what you pay for.

Our room was clean & cozy. We had everything we needed. No issues. Happy with the beds, bathroom, patio, and location. We were close to the beach. The pool was great. We would stay here again!

Tennis Tournament Trip

Everything was smooth, from the online booking, to check in to check out and the property was even nicer in person than was described online. My only suggestion would be to add an additional light in the main room as it was slightly dim with only the two lamps provided. Overall though we would rent this unit again. Thanks for a great stay!

Poorly lighted.

The unit has terrible lighting. The cam lights in the bathroom had 2 of 5 bulbs burned out. The unit could use two more night stands or even the wall hung floating nite stands would work. It is like they don’t care about the unit.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was was pretty much as described. The main complaint I have is that we arrived after hours and picked up our rental information at the lockbox. The information paper was very hard to read, looked like it had been photocopied dozens of times. You highlighted the route to get there but could read any street names, etc. we finally got to the gate and the worker then told us the wrong way. Why don’t you just provide a street address to plug into gps? Very frustrating!! It would have been a lot easier to just know the street address....Being our first time we had no idea where tennis villas were.
