This City view condo hotel suite is unique, offering a second large unattached balcony. This lovely suite comfortably sleeps 8, with a king bed, two queen beds plus the full-sized sofa bed, along with 2 full bathrooms and an additional half-bath in the common area.
Enjoy the sunrise over Clearwater with a steaming cup of coffee. This fifth-floor suite provides a perfect spot to relax. Please note that one of the queen bedrooms does not have a window. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer and in-room safe. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/ day will apply. A daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in if you bring a dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
