Located in the high-end community of Caldera Springs, 56923 Dancing Rock Loop is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This new construction home is perfect for family getaways and is enjoyable for up to 12 guests with its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Inside this executive home, you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with vaulted ceilings wood accents and high-end finishes throughout. Additional features of this beautiful home include:
âąGorgeous forest views with a back patio featuring a hot tub, firepit, built in barbecue and furniture
âą Executive kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and gas burner cook top
âą Living room featuring comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa, TV and large gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
âą Dining room table with seating for up to eight with additional seating at kitchen bar
âą Master suite with king sized bed, beautiful, attached bathroom, and TV
âą Two additional bedrooms downstairs; both furnished with a queen bed and TV, one including an ensuite bathroom
âą A fourth downstairs bedroom with a double bed
