The Space:

Luxury amenities and an ideal outdoor location combine, making this condo the perfect getaway for friends or family! The dog-friendly townhome features a private hot tub and Sunriver attractions for lucky groups of six.



The rental is just steps from the SHARC state-of-the-art aquatics center (complimentary SHARC passes included!) and the Village at Sunriver. Book an outdoor excursion or schedule tee time on one of two on-site golf courses. By snowfall, you're within 20 miles from skiing at Mt. Bachelor Ski Area.



The cozy lodge is ideal for entertaining with an open living room, dining room, and well stocked kitchen. When the weather's fine (it usually is), make dinner on the patio boasting a gas grill and private hot tub!



Indoors, snuggle by the gas fireplace or unwind with a movie or music thanks to cable, a DVD, and CD player. Catch up on last-minute emails thanks to WiFi and catch up on dirty laundry thanks to a private washer/dryer!



Six guests can share the space, enjoying communal areas and privacy within three full baths and three bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds ideal for younger guests. Dogs (25 pounds or less) are welcome with an additional nightly fee.



Store bikes in the garage to explore the area's 33-miles of mixed use trails or book a trip by horseback! Learn to fly fish along the Deschutes River or work on your putting on the green. At the end of the day unwind with your family in the lazy river at the SHARC!



Visit in winter for Nordic trails at the resort and white powder runs at Mt. Bachelor. Bend is the perfect day trip any time of year offering breweries, shopping, and dining! This stylish lodge is the perfect meeting place for friends and family. Experience Central Oregon's 300 days of sun today!

**Parking, Prohibited Vehicles and Lot Appearance**

Boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, commercial vehicles, flat bed pick-up trucks, recreational vehicles (including campers), disabled, or similar vehicles shall not be parked on any Fremont Crossing lot or driveway other than inside an enclosed garage, screen from view. No vehicle may be parked in the street. Any vehicle found in violation of these restrictions is subject to towing by the Association at rental guest's expense. No other materials, trash, garbage, refuse containers, or unattractive materials shall be permitted on any Lot, Common Area, or the streets.

Great Place Away From Home!!

Our stay was wonderful. Looking forward to returning for our next visit in October. The home is exceptionally clean, and the location is perfect. Loved the restaurants in the Sunriver Village, especially Goody's ice cream. It gets the highest rating for the different places we have stayed!!

Spring Break Ski Trip

We had a lovely stay. The house was comfortable and in a great location near the village. It was convienent to get to Mt. Bachelor and to Bend to visit friends. The hot tub was a nice addition. We would stay here again in the future.

This house was within walking distance of both the Village and the SHARC, great for families with kids both young and old. Each room Has their own bathroom (awesome for teenage girls!) House was very clean and check in/out was very easy! Would definitely re-book to stay again!

Loved everything about this space. Really comfortable, bright bedrooms, comfy living room, kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Walking distance to the shops, which made it easy to keep folks entertained if people wanted to do different things (some could lounge and others could walk to browse the stores, for example). SHARC also within walking distance and the shark passes were great!

My family and I stayed at this rental last week and we were all very impressed. The rental was as advertised a luxury rental. Top amenities, very spacious, clean, updated, and very relaxing. The rental is a very short walk, bike ride, or car ride to the Village. I would stay at this rental again and would highly recommend it.

The Air conditioner was VERY frustrating. Thw Nest thermostat would not stay where we set it. It kept resetting itself down to 68and we were co stantly FREEZING!!!!

Ski trip to Mt Bachelor

The house was very nice and immaculate. The hot tub was ready to enjoy after a full day of skiing. Everything was terrific and we all enjoyed our visit immensely. While the kitchen was well appointed make sure you bring your own coffee although there are a few excellent coffee shops and bakeries just a short walk in the village. The convenience of the location should be noted as there are many places to walk to for dinner nearby.

Great location and size

The layout of the Freemont Crossing condos is great for a family. They are spacious and comfortable, and located close to both the shopping area and SHARC. The kitchen is well stocked too. We were there after the holiday rush so it was very quiet.The only drawback I noticed about these condos is the main floor doesn't have a lot of windows to look out, especially if the unit has a hot tub with a deck wall. It can feel a little closed in. But, that's a minor drawback if you are out and about all day which you should be in a place like Sunriver.

Great family retreat.

This condo is close to the entrance of Sunriver, but was still really quiet. The set up with each bedroom having a dedicated bathroom is really nice, and the downstairs living area was bigger than expected. The place is really clean, checking in and out was a breeze, and the walkway and driveway were shoveled each morning if there was snow. There isn’t a great view, the property backs up to a church parking lot, but the quietness made up for that. The kitchen is somewhat minimally stocked but I was able to make meals no problem and the pots and pans were nice. The hot tub is great and the place is really clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great home for 2 small families.

This house was just the right size for us (1 child) and our friends (3 kids). The 7 year olds slept in the room with the twin beds. We loved that there were 2 on suites. Large dinner table and lots of seating in the living room. The kids loved the hot tub and we had a beautiful view of the stars at night (even saw a few shooting stars)! Although Sunriver is very active this location was very quiet which was nice since I like to sleep with the window slightly open. The house is very well kept, furnitures don’t look worn. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing was the grill wouldn’t light and there was no lighter in the house so unfortunately we did not get to use the grill but that was ok. We had to do a few loads of laundry and there was plenty of soap and fabric sheets. Loved that this home had 8 Sharc passes! I would definitely recommend this home!
