Probably one of the best homes we stayed at in Caldera. From the amazing sauna to the open window transition to the back yard to the best sheets and well stocked garage it was incredible. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and even larger than the pictures showed. It was generously stocked with all of the essentials. The setting was serene and was very private. We so enjoyed the large wood burning fireplace on nights in. The proximity to the pools and the bike trails made the stay wonderful for the children. We will definitely stay again if available.

Ashley , house was great . We left hours ago but i forgot to tell you . Two things : the toilet paper holder in one of the rooms downstairs is not right , we had to remove one upstairs smoke alarm , it was beeping Everyone had a great time Thank you

House is the best equipped house we have rented. From kitchen to bathrooms to all the sport equipment. Location is perfect for biking to pool and over to SunRiver. Outdoor dining and relaxing by fire. Hot tub used every day. We had 3 generations staying and it was perfect with the multiple bathrooms and the game room. Host is fabulous!! Highly recommend for your stay at Caldera. Beautiful home!

It was an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the home is. Every detail was perfect — the bedding in every room was unbelievably comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The fireplace quickly became our favorite spot and made the whole place feel so warm and cozy. And the sauna and jacuzzi… absolutely spectacular! It truly felt like a luxury retreat. We made the best memories here with our family and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home — we hope to return someday! - Elena and the entire family

Great for large groups. The rooms worked out well for a group of 11. The kitchen had everything that we needed. It was nice to have a table big enough for all of us to eat at the same time. The mud room was a nice way to keep all of our coats and shoes in one place.

This house is exactly as advertised. The host was incredibly responsive and supportive of our trip. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed. The beds, pillows, kitchen utensils, game room, etc, were amazing! We will be back and recommending for sure!

Family Dream!

Amazing house for large family group. We had 12 and didn’t even use one of the bed rooms. Fantastic kitchen, dining, and living room. Too many highlights to list them all but top hits include kayaks, bikes, kitchen equipment, no-touch sink, indoor and outdoor dining tables for 12, firepit, games and puzzles, sound system, ping pong and pool tables and tons of space.

Amazing Property

We selected this property for a corporate retreat, and our experience exceeded expectations. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and ensured a seamless visit. The location was superb, complemented by numerous amenities that enhanced our stay. The property itself was immaculate, featuring a sophisticated design and a delightful integrated sound system that added to the overall enjoyment. We would unequivocally recommend this venue and look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing team retreat

Our team had the best time at the Sable Rock Retreat. There was plenty of room for a party of 12 to comfortably stay. The game room and movie room were a hit for endless shuffleboard, pool games, and Monopoly. Property looked exactly as listed and was a for home cooked dinners to be enjoyed around the giant dining table. Beds and pillows were comfortable and house was awesome! The Host was helpful and super accommodating. Would definitely Recommend to anyone.

Awesome Getaway

This is an amazing house to stay at near Mt Bachelor. It has an insane amount of space to host a larger group. We enjoyed all of the amenities onsite like the hot tub, game room, sauna and fireplace.Speaking of the fireplace, they give you a lot of wood to keep the fire going all day long. It keeps the house cozy when you are relaxing for dinner.The host was very responsive to anything we needed and the website allowed for easy use of all the amenities. I would definitely stay again since this property is too beautiful to pass up.

Great House

This house is great. Plenty of room, well stocked, clean, nice, great game room, etc. I thought the hot tub out front was a little odd, but it's tucked down under a rock wall so it was actually pretty cool and very private. Not many houses in Sunriver with a sauna either. That was a bonus.

Perfect spot for our family vacation. My husband and I with our four adult children and a couple of their partners on vacation together for the first time. Room to spread. Room to gather and cook and play. Privacy when needed. We kayaked and rode bikes and soaked away our cares in the hot tub and sauna. Gathered together outside around the fire. Movie nights. Nobody wanted to leave. The pictures don’t lie. It is a truly beautiful home. Ashley is a wonderful host and I would not hesitate to book again.

Worked very well for our group.Lacked for nothing.Hot tubbers were a bit disappointed that the cleaning and water reheating took several days rendering the tub unusable for that time.Sliding doors opening up to the outside were a favorite.Minor maintenance item-left side of microwave handle was detached.

Perfect spot for my Bachelorette trip!

Our stay was fantastic! The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meal prep a breeze. The linens were top-notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The Sonos system was the perfect touch for playing music. We had a small issue with the door lock, but Ashley responded immediately and resolved it. Although we weren’t able to do a later checkout due to another guest checking in, Ashley kindly offered us access to the pool later on Sunday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect way to end our trip. One small suggestion would be to post the WiFi, garage code, lockbox code, and other quick details somewhere in the house. The guest book didn’t always load, so I ended up jotting them down, but it wasn’t a big deal—just a small thing that could make things even smoother! Overall, we all would love to come back!

Five Stars Are Not Nearly Enough

Wow—this house is a showstopper! We rent in Sunriver often, but this is (by far) the best house we’ve stayed at. If you’re looking for beauty, comfort, convenience, luxury, special amenities, and LOTS of space for a multi-generational group, we highly recommend booking here. The pictures don’t do it justice because the elegantly understated décor allows the outdoors to be your focus. The house is brand new and impeccably clean. The modern layout is open, but everyone still had privacy and separation. In the evenings, kids would watch a movie or play in the game room while adults hit the sauna and hot tub. There are Legos, puzzles, bikes, and games stocked too. The first-floor suites, comfy beds, and bathrooms in every bedroom (even the bunk room) made it so comfortable. And while it sounds like a small detail, the mudroom was a BIG benefit! It helped us keep overflowing shoes and gear organized and out of the way. It would be even more helpful in the winter for skiers. We spent lots of time opening the giant glass doors for indoor/outdoor enjoyment and BBQing. The massive fireplace and cozy couch area was a favorite spot to have conversation, read, or patch together a puzzle. Firewood was chopped and stacked for us. The kitchen is amazing—was fully stocked for our big crew. High-end appliances. Huge dining table. And two dishwashers for the win! Last but not least, Ashley was a superb host. Warm, welcoming, and helpful. We didn’t want to leave, and we’ll for sure be back!

Everything is absolutely top shelf from the amazing house itself, all of the appliances, furniture, mattresses, linens are also very luxurious! Even the garage loaded with an amazing array of bicycles, kayaks etc. All quality they seemingly spared no expense outfitting the property!

This was the perfect home for our multi generational family getaway - 7 adults and 2 3 1/2-year-olds. Plenty of space for spending time together, cooking, playing games, relaxing by indoor or outdoor fire place. And relaxing private space for each couple in the en suite bedrooms. Bikes for everyone. Easy access to the pool, village and lodge. The outdoor space was perfect for little ones to play and explore while adults relaxed by the fire pit.The kitchen and dining area were centers of activity, and the amazing mud room with all its cubbies was perfect for storage, so we could keep living areas clear for enjoyment. We would book again in a heartbeat. Communication with hosts was excellent.
