We LOVE this place! The apartment is literally 30 steps from the sea. The condo feels very cozy, with 2 swimming pools, access to grill, and fresh coffee in front of the apt every morning. Stunning sunsets at the ocean right by the apt. The location is also excellent, close to everything. The owner Ric is the best host, he gave us lots of precious tips, and accommodated every request we had. We are so grateful for everything this place made our honeymoon a memorable one.

We were recovering from a cold at the beginning, and Ric had lots of games to play:)

Peaceful stay near Kona

We had a great stay here. It was nice to be so close to Kona but yet have privacy and ocean right outside your door. The kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location

The location was awesome. The condo was well equipped. Had a great stay. Beautiful sunsets, awesome saltwater pool. Morning coffee with crashing waves as your company was a divine experience.

Hear the Ocean

We had a great stay on our recent trip to Kona. The proximity to the ocean and the pool overlooking the ocean were my favorite aspects. Hosts were extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

Felt like home

This condo had everything we needed for our ten day stay and so much more. It was comfortable and in an excellent location. Sitting and having a morning coffee outside and watching the sunset in the evening made the stay at this condo unforgettable.

Great spot on beautiful grounds...

Loved the pool and sunsets. Condo itself was also great. Especially enjoyed the beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and snorkel equipment so I didn't need to rent. And all in good condition. Good central location for beaches and Kona coffee tours.

Superb place to relax

Having a ground level unit was one of the best features of this condo. It was super convenient to enjoy the pools and outdoor spaces and be able to quickly go back inside for refreshments. It was super easy to bring groceries and luggage inside as well.

Fantastic Stay!

Our stay in Kona was exactly what we needed. The property at Casa was perfect. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and the ground floor location near the cabana, pool, and beach was everything we could have asked for. Ric was fantastic at communicating, offering help and answering any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Very pleasant stay

Very nice, well-kept condo - well stocked with everything we needed. Great location - we could see the ocean and walk out to pool from the lanai, and it was an easy trip into nearby Kailua-Kona for restaurants and shopping. Great instructions and communication from owner. Thanks Ric!

A very nice and cozy condo

My husband, my mom and I spend 10 days in this place. We had a lot of plans to do on this island, but we so like this cozy place that didn’t want to go somewhere else. The owner Ric was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend his condo and I would like to return there again!!!

Exceeded Our Expectations!

The property and condo site was very intimate; and had all the amenities for a wonderful and relaxing stay. One suggestion would be to install hand rails inside shower. Otherwise; we loved the place and hope to return!!

Comfortable

This condo was such a comfortable place to stay. It is spacious and roomy. The owners have supplied it with everything we could possibly need and more. From all the fans, towels, closet space, and even a starter pot of coffee, we felt very welcomed. Also, this condo is located in a beautiful complex in a great location.

Great Vacation

My husband and I stayed here for 12 nights and it was great! When we arrived it was clean and ready for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The property is exactly as listed, plus more. There is everything that you need to get started with your stay - If you are looking for a nice place to stay and have a quiet relaxing time I highly recommend this property. Ric was great with anything we asked - he was quick to respond. We will recommend this location to any of our friends that will be traveling to Hawaii in the future and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

The property was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The owner was easily reached and helpful with any questions. Sitting on the lanai was wonderful-the sound of the waves was nice and loud. We really loved the little beach area with the lounge chairs…perfect!! (You can’t get into the ocean here) The cabana area was great so we could have our daughter and her family over for some meals. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent this property again. Thanks Ric!!

Lovely week!

I came to a local wedding. The location could not be better! The waves were crashing on the sea wall! I loved the salt water pool. Great BBQ’s for the complex. Parking was a bit limited if you came in too late, spots were taken, but there was plenty outside the gate. Not industrialized but a good beach feel.

Erin, Your right about the location and its hard to describe the magic of Aloha at the complex, but your comments are the best. Yup, the parking is first come, first served. But it nice when I grab a spot right outside the door, which is possible if I park after 9am to 6pm. or around meal times. And I can still do drop offs of groceries at the doorstep, and find parking by the front of the building.

Great getaway spot on the ocean!

Exactly as described in the listing - there was nothing left out. So much was provided in the home making it so handy especially arriving late in the day with no time to shop. So convenient to dining, shopping, walking, beaches...we actually walked to Kailua Village our first day. Love the patio setting just steps away from the sandy beach and pool, and crashing waves we could literally see from the patio of our condo!! Perfect setting. Loved it!

Great Stay on the Big Island

We had a great stay on the big island at Ric's place. The location is very convenient for activities on the Kona side of the island, and is walking or shuttle distance from Kona restaurants. Every evening there is a conch shell ceremony with the setting sun that was really fun to make it back and experience with the neighbors. Ric made things very easy for checking in and out and was very hospitabal, friendly and communicative. The place was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to cook at home when we wanted. Thank you Ric for a great stay! Mahalo!

loved this place

Clean, comfortable, VERY well-equipped - anything we thought we might want was there, plus a lot more. All high-quality. I've stayed in places with minimal, mismatched silverware and the cheapest appliances - this was the opposite. We came in from a night dive, salty, tired, damp, and found a strong, hot shower and whole closet full of big fluffy towels, which at that moment were the most beautiful things in the world. Recommended most highly.

Vacation

First of all checking in is simple and the place is immaculate. Air-conditioning which you need in Hawaii. The location and views are the most amazing I have ever seen. Beautiful ground, 2 amazing pools. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils and all the spices and seasonings are there . Ric the owner is very nice and wonderful to work with. We had such an amazing time here and are already planning our next trip and will stay here. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.
