BRAND NEW completely renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 21st floor PENTHOUSE. Direct & Private Disney Fireworks Views from within comfort of Stunning Condo. Beautiful Resort with pool, hot tubs, gym, walking dock etc. Even has a STARBUCKS right downstairs!

10 minutes to Disney World and very close to all other major attractions.
Luxury kitchen, living room with leather sofabed, master bedroom with sitting area and 80”TV! Second bedroom with full and twin size bunk-beds. Two PRIVATE BALCONIES facing Disney and Lake. Master bedroom spa shower with two rain-shower heads, wall jets. Second Bath with Jacuzzi Tub.

Our beloved guests will enjoy a magical stay from sunrise to sunset! Literally! As you can enjoy the sunrise over Lake Bryant from the private back balcony with a cup of coffee from our Keurig coffee maker and then wind down the day’s excitement on the private master bedroom balcony with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset and get ready for your private firework show!

All of our guests have full access to the resort including the magnificent heated pools with seasonal Tiki Bar, gyms, arcade, walking dock, you can even have the nearby water sports facility pick you up at the resort dock! No need to drive!

You may also want to enjoy miniature golf for a nominal fee in front of the resort at the beautiful Hawaiian Royal Adventure Miniature Golf as seen in pictures.

For any quick purchases there is a Walgreens across the street and a Dollar Tree next door to the Resort.

There are countless restaurants within a mile of resort but just outside the resort you can find a Starbucks and Subways as well as a Cicis Pizzeria and the excellent Pal Campo Restaurant next-door.

We had a great stay. The location was very convenient to the Disney parks, restaurants, and shopping, which made getting back and forth easy. We loved the two balconies — morning coffee in the sun and seeing the Disney fireworks at night was a great.The pool area was excellent, and having the pool bar open made it even more enjoyable. The host was very responsive and accommodating, including allowing us to check in early after our morning flight. Overall, a comfortable stay with thoughtful hosting in a great location.

Great updated unit

Unit was very clean and fully updated compared to places we’ve stayed before. The kitchen amenities and supplies were more than the bare minimum we usually see. It felt more like we were staying in a friends house than a rental. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our accommodations! Unfortunately Florida was experiencing unusually cold weather (24) at the time of our stay. A local informed us it was the coldest spell they had had in in 40 years! Because of the cold and wind we were unable to enjoy the balconies, but other guests will love them! The views and layout are amazing! We did have some slight snags with the front desk with check in, but Lorena was on top of it! I do not think I have ever had a host so attentive, accommodating, or so quick to communicate as Lorena. You will not be disappointed with these accommodations. It is more spacious then the pictures depict. Plenty of room to spread out and unwind. The bed was so comfortable and the condo was quiet, perfect for resting up between parks.You can't do better for location! Getting to each park was a breeze and so close to Disney Springs! This is definitely your best non-Disney resort accommodations.We will definitely be re-booking this place in the future. Especially so we can actually get a chance to enjoy the amazing balconies!

Fantastic upscale penthouse super close to all parks!

This property is absolutely beautiful with very high end finishes as pictured in the listing. All floors are marble- the master bath is like a spa experience after a long day of touring the parks. We made excellent use of the kitchen and loved being able to plan our next day in the comfort of the amazing living room space. We utilized the laundry which was also high end and excellent. Lorena communicated with us promptly and answered any questions I had. My only tip to others is to close the master bedroom door to find your clothes closet. You may miss it if you leave the door open always. Yes, there are some locked cupboards, but they are very clearly marked and you have ample space to store your clothes. There are usb outlets everywhere including a charging station inside the master bedroom night table top drawer- amazing, have never seen this anywhere. Easy to check in, staff at the resort were friendly and helpful and even printed some of my documents for me. The suite provides secure, fast, reliable wifi. Super close to all the parks by car and always easy to find a parking spot. Overall, We absolutely would stay here again and have forwarded the listing to family and friends already. Grateful to have stayed in accommodations so similar to my condo at home. Superb listing for VRBO.

Beautiful Penthouse!

Our family had a great time visiting Orlando and we especially loved staying in this penthouse!! It is so beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. My kids loved their room setup and enjoyed the toy boxes very much. We had one small incident with wasps on the balcony and the owner handled it right away. The building itself is very well maintained and the pool is very large and a nice quiet place to relax with a cold drink and a book!

Gorgeous

Such a beautiful condo with gorgeous views and so many nice upscale details! We loved the large living space, the toy boxes were a nice surprise for our kids and the building/pool was clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back and stay in this same unit!

Great Family Vacation Condo

This is a great place to stay. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. It is on the 21st floor and has a great lake view and a great view of Disney Property. We were able to watch Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks at the same time. The place is very clean and very modern. They have great amenties, the bed is soft and great pillows. The balconies are great with comfy chairs. Overall, this is a great place to stay!!
