Step into your home away from home in this centrally located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on International Drive. Less than 4 miles and 8 minutes from the all new Epic Universe. Not even 5 minutes away is Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Universal Studios is also minutes away and the Convention Center is also down the street. Heading to Disney? It is also just a short drive away. Countless restaurants, bars, activities, and dinner shows are just minutes away from our clean and quiet condo.

Our condo has been recently renovated and is ready to be your home away from home. It is a spacious and comfortable place with a balcony overlooking the beautiful trees and quiet grassy area.

This condo includes 2 bedrooms, and each room includes a Smart TV and cable channels. The living room also includes 2 full couches and a 55” Smart TV for streaming and cable channels. Free wifi is available.

The A/C is operated with an adjustable thermostat. Please, turn the thermostat back up to 76 when you check out.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom that includes a shower with bench.
The second bedroom has 2 full sized beds and includes an iron and ironing board in the closet.
The second bathroom has a tub and it is separate from the vanity area.

Our kitchen has multiple coffee brewers for everyone’s taste. Kitchen cooking essentials including pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, flatware and a filtered water pitcher is available. The toaster oven is also an air fryer and we have included dishes and flatware for kids, should you need it.

Located in a condo-hotel property which provides a front lobby with 24-hour staff available to help should the need arise. Check in is at this lobby where you will receive your key and access to onsite free parking. A convenience store is also located in the lobby with food and personal items available. There is a restaurant/bar available on site. It is open daily.

The exercise room is open 24 hours a day with access using your condo key.

Pool is open well into the night and includes a kiddie pool and hot tub. A playground and BBQ and picnic area is also on site. There is plenty of open area to enjoy the grass and shady trees, as well.
Room service is not provided during your stay as this is a PRIVATE owned condo and is operating as an AirBnB. However, should you need fresh towels and or linens, there are extra sets in the unit.
Washer and dryer is available 24 hours a day on the same floor as unit but is COIN OPERATED.
This is a pet free condo and NO SMOKING is allowed in unit.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful home away from home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responded promptly to any messages. The location was ideal—just a quick, easy 12-minute drive to the convention center, which was perfect for my daughter’s volleyball nationals. Traffic was smooth, making the daily commute hassle-free. The space was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved having easy access to the pool—it was just a short walk from the room. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was conveniently located for our trip to Universal Studios. The owner was very responsive to all communications. The property was clean and exactly as represented in photos. There were numerous restaurants in close proximity, as well as a Walgreens and CVS. We would stay here again if coming to Orlando.

As advertised

The pictures show exactly what you're going to get. The hosts were responsive. It is in an older but clean (and getting updated) hotel/condo complex. Traffic light in and out of complex so easy to drive to and from. Fifteen minutes from nearly anything in Orlando. Note: if you stay a long time (I was there 3 weeks) you will have to buy paper products and wash your own sheets as apparently the complex charges the hosts if you ask for such things.

Beautiful condo

The condo itself was beautiful. Unfortunately the front desk staff were not as friendly and the pool area could use improvement. We arrived early so had no problem waiting for room, went to pool, front desk said to come back in one hour. I did not ready ok come back. Went back in one hour not ready. I was told it should be done around 3 was not ready until after 5pm. Again no fault to owners, but unfortunately the front desk could use better communication skills.

Family time

The property was very clean and location was very central to everything in Orlando. Or family felt comfortable and enjoyed their time. I recommend this stay for any family with children. The pool is heated and open late. Great stay!

We had a great time in your condo!! It fit the three of us very nicely! It was very accessible to restaurants, nail places and a barbershop!! TV’s were a little challenging at times!! Overall it was great!! We would come again!!

Perfect stay

Communication with the host was perfect / location was 10 minutes from the convention center which is where we needed to go every day. There is a great restaurant onsite!!! Hidden little gem that had bellydancers on Friday night! The condo location is very quiet. On the 3rd floor so there was no one walking on top of us. Takes less than 2 minutes to go down the elevator to get to your car each day. Front desk folks were very friendly We really enjoyed our home away from home for the week.

Small family Convention Center trip.

This unit is perfectly located for any event at the Orange County Convention Center. Check in/out was a breeze and the meal we had delivered to the room was good! The condo is super well stocked with towels, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. There were extra fans for each bedroom! I couldn't give five stars for cleanliness because the floors were not very clean and I ended up sweeping and mopping them myself once we realized it. The linens were all fresh and spotless. We prefer more plush furniture and mattresses, and those items are on the firm side in this unit. If you prefer a firm feel, this unit will be perfect for you.

Great location and property

We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the OCCC and it is a fantastic location. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. The restaurant “Calypso” is also a gem. They serve a variety of cuisine that the whole family can enjoy, and the food is actually quite good. The staff at the restaurant was also fantastic. The pool onsite is straight forward, but clean and nice for a relaxing environment. This is a great property for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, and convenient place to return to after a fun day in Orlando.

Mom/daughter weekend

This property was close to all that we had planned to do on our getaway weekend. The screams from the Sea World roller coaster surprised us as we got out of the car upon arrival, but we did not hear any other time we were outside. The location is surprisingly quiet given its location, tucked away on beautiful grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Nice and Modern, Great location

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The condo is spacious and pretty, with new, modern furnishings. Appreciated that the nice-sized bedrooms are are opposite sides, for privacy. Fantastic Stay

Stayed for 16 nights in this very clean and modern property. The location was superb and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Erica and Maes left us with lots of information regarding the property and were available for any questions we had. The only thing we noticed was one of the seats on the sofa felt uncomfortable, like it was about to break but everything else was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved staying here - Perfect location

We hit the jackpot with this 2 bedroom condo conveniently located near Sea World and just 10 minutes from Universal where we spent our time. Clean. Quiet. Just the right size for our family. 2 beds in the guest room made it easy for our 10 year old twins to share a room. Beds comfy. We used the pool several times in the evening, so that was a plus!

Clean and Great Location!

Property was perfect! Our family had a great stay. The condo was clean and listing pictures are accurate. This is a convenient location (right by Sea World) and close to other attractions/stores. Communication with owner was great and the employees in the lobby were friendly and helpful. Located on 3rd floor (top) and the building had many guests but it was very quiet inside!

Great condo for a quick trip to Disney

This property was perfect for our long weekend trip to Disney. The location is convenient to all the parks and had plenty of restaurants, etc close by. The property itself is a bit old, but the unit is remodeled and really nice. Beds were comfortable, showers had good water pressure, bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen seemed to have what you would need if you wanted to cook. The condo was extremely clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again.
