Important Property Notes
• Rumbling Bald Passes. Your home comes equipped with Rumbling Bald Community Passes, which give you access to several activities in the community. We do not manage the Rumbling Bald community amenities, and summertime amenities are only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Golf Cart Rental. Woods Escape has a golf cart available for rent. In addition to prepayment, all tenants renting the golf cart are required to complete a Golf Cart Use Agreement. If you're interested in renting, we invite you to reach out to our team to learn more!
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
• Unreliable GPS. Please note that GPS does not work for this location. Please review and take note of our written directions before departing on your trip.
• Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.
• Please be aware that you must complete the Vacation Rental Contract Addendum to stay at this Lake Lure property. If this form is not completed within 24 hours of the Vacation Rental Addendum being signed, your reservation shall be canceled, thank you.
• Active Neighborhood Bears. Please note that neighborhood bears have been sighted in the vicinity of the home. Please do not leave the garage door open when not in use, or leave evidence of food on the exterior of the home. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns, and thank you!
