The house boasts a beautiful kitchen is centrally located and easy access to I-25 (One of the 2 major interstate highway in Colorado), which makes it convenient for those who want to explore the city or a day trip to the mountains. The house is thoughtfully furnished with a master bedroom features a King Size bed! So come, book, and enjoy your home away from home in Denver, Colorado!

Great Location

This property was perfect for the 4 of us. Technically, it sleeps 6. I would say 4 adults and 2 kids would do well. A sizable backyard and easy driveway. We were able to cook some Thanksgiving sides to take to a family dinner nearby. The kitchen is decently appointed. The shower pressure is awesome! A nice option in Denver!!

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location for a wedding we were attending along with being close to our family. The house was clean and the owners were very responsive to our needs. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook any meals at the house but it looked to have everything needed. It’s located in a nice residential neighborhood but close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Very nice home

The property was clean and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood with nice access to walking trails and parks nearby. It would be tight for 6 people, but was very comfortable for 4. Great communication with the property manager and very easy for multiple guests to come and go without needing to worry about keys.

We stayed here for two weeks between a local move. Location was terrific for getting to points north/south and major roads in town. The local park and access to High Line canal was terrific for runs and walks with my dogs. Easy walk up the street to Starbucks. Backyard was fenced in, so perfect for dog potty breaks. I wish we could have used the garage and wish backyard had grass, but it was still good enough. Very sunny kitchen and LR makes up for it, and water pressure for showers was excellent. Also liked how MBR and kids BR were on opposite sides of the property. LR was pretty small, but couch was comfortable enough, and truly we weren't watching TV very often. Highly recommend!

Great accommodation--clean, well equipped, with great communication to owner. Nothing is perfect and I would like to see the following issues dealt with before I rent again: 1. Overpowering minty smell inundating the senses which made all of us cough forcing the windows open to no avail. 2. Remarkably hard masterbed. Others were fine.

Perfect Place for our Family!!

We absolutely loved staying here! This is the third short term rental we have stayed in since March. This was by far the best place. It is so open and light. It’s well stocked with spices and condiments while leaving enough room for us to keep our food. The closets and drawers were empty allowing for us to unpack and feel at home. The house has a great backyard area that our children enjoyed riding their bikes and playing with the dog. This home is in a great neighborhood walking distance to a beautiful park and great playground. Communication with Wilson and Nicole was a breeze. They were responsive and kind. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

Ranch Home Stay

The property is in a good location, and nice neighborhood. However it is listed as a NEW Ranch Home, but there is nothing's NEW about it. I would say maybe remodeled/renovated. It was dirty! Bedding was gross, looked like it had never been washed, there was hair all over sheets and pillows. I had to remove bedspreads and pillows and rewash sheets to have something to sleep on. Pillows were disgustingly yellow. Towels had be washed prior to use as they were also dirty. Floors were dirty, and there was an obvious bug issue. Bugs had to be continuously killed and there were lots of spider webs throughout the house. Dishes were also dirty, did not trust using any of those. Did not enjoy this stay, would not recommend.

We had a great time staying in this cozy and newly renovated home. It had everything we needed and was super close to great walking trails, restaurants and grocery stores. Super clean & comfortable.

Peaceful and Updated

This was a great find for our Denver vacation. It was extremely clean and very accessible to Route 25. A very quiet residential neighborhood, the home decor was updated and tranquil. Beds were comfortable and water pressure for the shower was amazing!
