What an awesome place right on the water. Pool, hot tub, kayaks, and everything you need. Plenty of space and beds as well as a safe environment located in a private community. We sat on the water front and fished and enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets!

Overall really enjoyed our stay! Rented the house for our wedding weekend for a place for us and our wedding party to stay! Communication with the hosts was very quick and helpful! Beds were comfy, shower was hot, drip coffee maker worked quickly and stayed hot! My only “complaint” was the listing of the bedrooms wasn’t accurate, but there were MORE than enough beds for everyone to be comfortable!

This is a nice site with good location on the lake. The house is beautiful with plenty of room. It was nice being able to park my boat next to home. Worth rebooking.

The house was very clean, with comfy beds. Has excellent views of the lake. The host was easy to communicate with. It was perfect for our women's group. The only issue was we did not have the coffee maker that was advertised. The problem was rectified easily. Will definitely book again.

All things considered, we actually enjoyed our time on the lake, but unfortunately, the property feels like a bit of faded glory.Perhaps we are accustomed to better-maintained rental properties, but I was surprised by the overall condition and apparent lack of upkeep. There were broken tiles, cracked walls, and a cracked and splintering wooden deck, among other issues. I understand that lake properties can take a lot of wear and tear, but of the 12 lake houses we’ve rented over the years, this was unfortunately the most neglected.The HVAC system was also barely functioning, which made the house uncomfortable and made it particularly difficult to sleep at night.The property has a lot going for it, especially the lake setting, and we did enjoy our time there. With some reinvestment in maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep, I think it could once again be a very nice place to stay.

We take your concerns seriously and are reviewing the tiles, walls, deck, and other maintenance items you mentioned. Regarding the air conditioning, a licensed HVAC technician inspected the system the day before your arrival and confirmed that it was operating properly. After learning that the house was not cooling comfortably, we had the technician return, and he is servicing the unit and adding refrigerant to improve its performance. We appreciate your comments and will use them to help us make the necessary repairs and improvements. We’re sorry that your stay was not as comfortable as it should have been.

Property details on website need to be redone, there are to many house details to identify was is correct or what to expect after you arrive and enter the house. Sleeping accommodations was not accurate for the amount of sleeping attendance.The sleep details needs to be redone, what is described is not what you get in some rooms. Concerns was discussed with property manager to relay back to owner. But it was an all men trip and property was needed for sleeping accommodations, (military men don't sleep in same beds) some beds that was labeled has twin beds was small sleeping cotts kids ages 13 or a little older, but not suitable for 200 lbs men that or 6 ft or older. Twin beds was the incorrect terms to use for a small cott. Turning on the hot tub was a problem cause it would trip the breaker and turn all lights in the house, so they could not use the hot tub. Owner may need to change cleaning service, house was not that clean, had spider webs all in windows and corner of the walls. Property Manager was very understanding but limited to what she could say or do for any suggestions for a possible refund resolution at any rate,I will certainly have to contact the owner, Husband said he would not repeat this property for next men trip.

I want to start out saying that we had a great visit as a group and that the host was attentive. In fact, we received a surprise visit the first morning with fresh donuts and that was a very nice touch. The kitchen could use deep clean and refresh on cooking equipment, pots pans, cups etc. If you plan to cook for a crowd, it would be wise to bring your own equipment. The main concern was that all bedrooms are upstairs and the air conditioning upstairs could not keep that area cool at all during the day. They have a lot of fans to combat the heat but that was a bit unexpected. I did contact them and I was told it would cool down at night. We made the best of it and the last night several slept downstairs on a daybed and sofas. If you are bringing a large crowd and plan to have more than 4 cars, you should visit with the host about parking as the neighborhood has very strict guidelines about parking. The host contacted a neighbor who kindly allowed us to use their driveway as they were out of town. It was nice that there was a daybed and trundle downstairs in the breakfast nook for someone who could not do the upstairs safely. The downstairs has many split levels and there are steep steps down to the pool.

Vacay Family Trip

We were very impressed with this beautiful home. We felt so comfortable and there was plenty of room to stay. The pool was very nice and the owner was slaughtered making sure we didn't need anything. Definitely staying here again.

Great home. The owner let us check in early and the house was just as advertised. The neighborhood is private so you’ll need to go through a security gate and provide a list of names for everyone staying at the house.

Overall great visit

Property owner/manager was very helpful and responsive, willing to work with renters. We had a great visit and great time. Home has ample space and most everything you could need with kitchen supplies. Great location and right next to a public marina.

Amazing location to stay at!!

We were in town for a conference and a group of friends stayed at this property. The lake front living was the perfect relaxing vacation for each of us! The house had everything we needed, and lots of beds for everyone to be comfortable!!
