The Space

Relax and unwind in the huge swim spa on the deck, overlooking the expansive lake. Inside, the home is filled with bright, natural light, creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere for your group.



The home comfortably accommodates large groups with a thoughtful layout:



Downstairs: The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs: You'll find three oversized bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed and two twin beds.

An additional huge flex space upstairs offers two comfortable futons and a designated workspace, perfect for remote work or extra relaxation.



Guest Access

Direct lake access invites you to create your own adventure. Whether you enjoy fishing, exploring the water by kayak or stand-up paddleboard, or simply cruising the lake, this is the place to be.



In the evenings, fire up the BBQ for a delicious meal or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the water.



House Rules

A maximum of 20 guests is permitted.



Important Information

Stairs Required: Please note that access to the three upstairs bedrooms and the grassy area in the backyard requires the use of stairs.

Steep Driveway: The property has a steep driveway to enter the house. We encourage you to review the pictures for a clear view of the entrance.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the private community of Walden on Lake Conroe. Community walking trails, racquet and fitness club (with pickle ball and tennis), a huge community pool , toddler pools, and a splash pad that overlooks the lake. Beautiful trees are everywhere in this peaceful, beautiful community.



Getting Around:

There is parking in the driveway for 6 cars (packed in tight), there is no garage parking. Most people travel by car, but Uber and Lyft both work in the neighborhood.
