ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Weddings and Eventsâ All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations. Weddings/Events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa county in addition to the $750 Beach Reunion event fee.
BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!
This property rents Saturday to Saturday Only during Spring Break and Summer; No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*
PARKING: Strict 5 car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**
Pets Are Permitted: $400/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

Beach Service: Complimentary beach service is offered for guests of this property at the Crystal Port East access just up the street! From March 1-October 31, guests receive 1 setup daily from 9 AM-5 PM! This includes two chairs and one umbrella! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *
Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
POOL HEAT: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for over sixteen years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping 14 to 30 people. We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida. We also have a coastal collection of smaller homes and a group of gulf front condos.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2018, we entertained over 15,000 guests in our 40 properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.
Our goal is to provide superior service due to our limited geographical area and upscale properties. We strive not to be the biggest but the BEST! We deliver a vacation experience that keeps guests returning and creating memorable experiences. As our motto says; âCreating Traditions Year After Year.â
