This French Country style home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms is situated on a 4.6 Acre lot with breathtaking views. The house is approximately 3400 sq ft. There are at least 7 wineries within a 2-mile distance.
The first floor offers a gourmet kitchen with breakfast area, a living room with TV, a wood burning fireplace, bar area, dining room for 8 people, and an entertainment room with a pool table. A bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom is also located on the first floor. In addition, the first floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The second floor includes the master suit with a private balcony and a fully renovated master bathroom. Also located on the second floor are two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.
The backyard has a pool and spa along with panoramic views of picturesque wine country.
To maintain great water clarity, the pool and spa is serviced by a technician on a weekly basis (usually Tuesday). During the summer months (generally June to September) the technician services the pool and spa twice a week (usually on Tuesdays and Fridays). Gardening service is usually performed on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
The house has undergone a major renovation in 2019 and the posted pictures of the interior were taken in December 2019. The master bathroom has been remodeled, the interior of the house has been completely repainted, and flooring upstairs has been replaced. In 2020, all appliances have been replaced, including the dishwasher, refrigerator, wine fridge, washer and dryer, cooktop and stainless steel double oven.
For the safety of our guests, security cameras are located at the front of the property, facing toward the driveway.
Pool heating to daily average of 80 degrees is included. Our residential pool system is designed to allow for both pool heating and spa heating, but not both at the same time.

We also strictly enforce the occupancy limit (maximum of 10 people) and vehicle limit (maximum of 5 cars). Unfortunately, we had a few unauthorized parties recently and must now strictly enforce the house rules regarding noise and occupancy.
Guests shall comply with Riverside County Ordinance 927.2, Riverside County Ordinance 847, Including quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Any sound that is increased by any amplified equipment or that is electronically enhanced, must comply with provisions of County of Riverside Ordinance 847. An Short-Term Rental shall comply with Riverside County Ordinance 924, related to loud or unruly parties, gatherings, or other similar events.
