The Space:

The home can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a cover garage, beautiful living with Tv, formal dining, and pantry area with barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation, there is a laundry area with big washer and dryer. There are two master bedrooms with a king size bed and Tv, one of them with an in-suite bathroom with shower, the other one share a bathroom with tub features the third bedroom, it has two pull-out bed and Tv.



The backyard features a heater hot spa with lights and USB/Bluetooth connection, patio table, chairs, outside dining area, lounge chairs, and a stunning Tiki Hut with propane gas BBQ grill and a large granite countertop with barstools to enjoy a relax time at any time. It is surrounding fence providing a very private space for everyone!



There is a camera next to the front door for your and our security. There is NOT Tv in the Tiki Bar.



Enjoy extras like complementary Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, linens, and pool towels.



Upon request we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for kids.



As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that includes: dishwasher, detergent / sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.



EXTRA FEES:

-Pets are Welcome ! The pet fee is $ 150 / pet per stay.

-The barbecue rate is $ 50 per complete stay, includes the propane tank and cleaning.



HOUSE RULES:

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 25+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.

-Hot tube safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.
