We stayed at this apartment in Paris and overall it is a beautiful and very spacious property. It comfortably accommodated our group, with four double bedrooms plus a comfortable sofa bed. The location is fantastic, with excellent metro connections and easy access to everything. Communication with the host was also extremely efficient and professional throughout our stay.Unfortunately, there are two important points we feel we must mention.First, the listing describes three full bathrooms with shower and WC. In reality, there are three showers, but only one separate toilet. For an apartment that can host up to 10 people, having only one WC is quite limiting and something future guests should be aware of.Secondly, from the very first evening we noticed small cockroaches in the kitchen and in some other areas of the apartment. They were attracted to crumbs in the sink and to open food packages such as nuts. Some members of our group were particularly uncomfortable with this situation, especially those who are quite sensitive or phobic about insects.We informed the property immediately, and they entered the apartment the following day (with our authorization, while we were out working) to spread poison. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue, as we found more cockroaches again that same night in the kitchen and in some rooms.It is truly a shame to have to write this because the apartment itself is lovely.However, we feel it is important to mention these 2 issues
